Great response time which is huge. Very professional/respectful. Found and resolved issue quickly and gave good recommendations to further improve the ac.

We had another company come out and tell us we need a whole new unit. So my friend recommended going to these people and I’m so happy we did. We had no ac and we were using window air conditioning but it was barely cooling it down enough. They came out and replaced a part and it then was on. I could not be anymore happier. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Great customer service and their price beat the other bid we got by thousands.

Called Sandy's on a Saturday morning when my furnace wasn't working and temps were in the single digits. Within a couple of hours Brandon was at my house fixing the issue, which was a nice little bird's next blocking the air. Brandon walked me through everything he found that needed attention to get the furnace up and running. Thank you Sandy's and Brandon for your help and professionalism! I recommend them 120%!!

Brandon came out first thing this morning to finalize the repairs in my furnace. Again great service and communication throughout the week and during service was professional, consistent and courteous. Can't recommend Sandy's enough. Thank you to all at Sandys!

We had a sewage backup and called Sandy's for and inspection of our furnace per incurances guidelines. Very friendly staff from the dispatcher to the service tech that showed up. Brandon came out next day, and was very knowledgeable explaining and documenting everything. I feel because of Brandon we are ready to give our insurance everything they need and not have any questions in return. I would highly recommend anyone to use Sandy's for all their HVAC needs

Eric and his team are awesome! From providing a quote to finishing the job it was a pleasant experience. They answered all our questions and didn't try to sell us anything extra. Our AC unit quit working Friday evening last week. Sandy's was recommended by a friend of mine, so figured I'd give them a try. I called them Friday night (after 8pm) and actually had a person to talk to which surprised me. He was able to schedule a tech to come out the following day. I got a 11am time shot and Brandon showed up when they said he would. He showed me what he was doing every step of the way, and showed me exactly what the problem was (a wire had come loose and sorted out against the compressor trashing the van motor. He was able to get the parts same day and had the AC back up and running before 2pm. To add to it, I expected mark-ups, hidden fees, or pushing additional services that I hear so many other companies do, but Sandy's has none of these. The price I was shown is what I paid. Excellent service, very personable, and honest!

Great customer service! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and customer focused! I needed a new air condition installed due to mine being 20 years old and failing! They were quick to help and let me know all my options! Awesome experience all around! Sandy's will now be the only heating and air company I use!

We had an excellent experience with Sandy's. From the technician to the owner. They are very upfront and honest. They told us what was wrong with our older system and got it fixed right away. They were recommended from a friend and I would recommend them. Very nice company.

Special kudos to Devyn - he calibrated to my bombardment of questions by slowing down and walking me through the process instead of just talking at me. He was patient and showed me each step, why, and made sure I’m better equipped and knowledgeable enough to catch indicators of issues BEFORE they happen and it just speaks volumes about him and the kind of quality care and service you get with Sandy’s Heating and Air.

Our AC broke of course on a Friday night. We contacted Sandy’s Heating and Air Saturday morning and Eric was here by noon. We found him to be honest, respectful, very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions. We would highly recommend anyone needing HVAC service to contact Sandy’s!
