Schuman heating and air just replaced my entire system for me. They were quick with an estimate, told me what they could reuse and what should be replaced, listened to what issues I was having with heating and cooling in the home and recommended a new system. They were $1,000-$7,000 cheaper than the two other quotes I received. They were great with communication and fit me in so I could have heat again. Highly recommend!

They got me a better furnace and ac then the other guys for way less. Clean work, done right. I used them again for a rental house, the tenants had nothing but praises as well. Thanks Chase!

Chase was very professional, knowledgeable and did an amazing job at a great price point. We recently had to have all of our utilities relocated from the rear of our house to the side of our house which included moving the AC condenser to the side as well. We contacted several other HVAC companies, large and small, including some of the big well-known Omaha HVAC companies. All the large companies said they would show up to give us an estimate and no one did. Several other smaller companies did show up but were either hesitant, wanted to sell a new unit or straight up declined to do the job due to the age of our condenser. Yes, it's an old Trane 5 ton Condenser, but it is still working great so we had no reason to consider replacing it, which Chase said as well.
Chase showed up, looked everything over, talked us through the process, gave us our estimate and we went ahead with the project.
The Condenser is now in its new place, all new lines, which look great, and our A/C is up, running and keeping the house nice and cool. Not only did they relocate the condenser, but they also did a great job cleaning it, which we weren't expecting. We also had them install a new whole home humidifier which we are very happy with the outcome.

We will definitely use Schuman Heating and Air for our future HVAC needs and absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.
