I highly recommend Sustainable Heating And Air! Our 22 year-old furnace was potentially dangerous, as it could have leaked carbon monoxide if we ran it. Sustainable was a little less than $2000 under another bid from Millard heating and air. Also, Sustainable Heating And Air did NOT try to upsell us.
When the crew arrived to install, they were very polite and respectful of our property, putting a long tarp over the stairs leading down the basement.
We had a digital thermometer for the HVAC system, and the head of the crew made sure that the new furnace was paired correctly.
Even though we’re not running the furnace right now, the fan on the new furnace runs so much quieter and is highly efficient!
I will now use Sustainable Heating And Air for all of our HVAC needs!

We recently had a new AC installed by Sustainable Mechanical Inc. and we couldn't be happier. Everyone we dealt with was professional and easy to deal with. They were very quick to set up come to out and do our quote and then set up our install. Price was amazing and the Veteran's Discount was nice too! We look forward to working with them for our yearly checks on our system to keep it running top notch. The new AC works great! I would 110% recommend!!

Kyle did a very thorough job for the yearly furnace maintenance. I totally trust Sustainable with all my HVAC needs.

For the first time ever I've never experienced such sincere honesty Larry was awesome friendly gave great advice sent out Ryan who is very honest and help me come up with the best plan possible downright honest and direct you can tell he loves his job I would highly recommend these guys they don't just gouge you for money for unnecessary things they're honest unlike most human beings nowadays you can't go wrong by trusting this company Jolene answers the phone with the smile and sincere honesty that you can feel radiating across the phone I own my own business and I would love to have these guys work for me these are the people that you want and on your side... We have a service plan that allows for routine maintenance of our heating and air. This company does a great job and Andrew provided excellent customer service during our furnace check.

After dealing with problems of an older system, we decided to replace finally. So glad we chose Brandon and his crew at Sustainable Mechanical Inc. after researching reviews and pricing. They all did a fantastic job and would go with this great company again for sure, Thank you so much!!!

Jolene helped me get my yearly service plan together and explained everything thoroughly. I had my air conditioner serviced by Kyle and Mike. 'm not one to normally submit a review but Sustainable Heating & Air, particularly Brandon and his team, earned our highest accolades.
They were very communicative and accommodating to our needs from start to finish. Despite being hundreds of miles away, I was able to easily communicate with Brandon via text and phone, and they took excellent care of my needs and my tenants'.
Brandon was prompt in his responses. The entire team, from office administration to technicians, is top-notch.They're also very honest and affordable.
I would highly recommend them for the professionalism and cooperative manner-it couldn't be better.

Installed new air conditioner and furnace. Very responsive and great to work with on both the sales and installation teams. Installation crew was friendly and able to accommodate all of our requests.

Annual furnace check completed and appreciate how honest technician was regarding some rust areas. He did not try to sell me on anything I did not need. He explained everything and was completed in a very timely manner.

Brandon and his crew were quick, cleanly and friendly. Brandon took the time to discuss and educate me on all my options and the benefits of each option. Have already recommended them to others and will use them for my bi annual system checks!
