AX Plumbing did work in my basement, they were great to work with! They were easy to communicate with, the work was done on time and done well, and the people were trustworthy. I’d recommend this company to anyone!

AX plumbing is the absolute best. Reliable, quick service and very tidy and clean. We left and returned home to find the bathroom cleaned and put back together in tip top fashion. Nick was polite, informative and trustworthy. Thank you AX Plumbing for being the best! We now know who to call in the future!

9/25/25 - I have never been so grateful to know the professionals at AX Plumbing as I am today! We had a late night drain backup in the basement, but Nick and Dan didn't hesitate to send their team out to quickly resolve the issue - even after 9pm. They quickly identified the problem, cleared the drain in no time and triple checked that the drain was functioning properly before leaving. And yet, once again, AX Plumbing to save the day (or night). Truly thankful for this team of wonderful humans and gifted plumbers!

We needed a plumber over the weekend for a kitchen sink problem. In searching thru my HOA’s FB page, I saw AX Plumbing had been recommended a couple times. First positive, the gentleman I spoke to Saturday (other companies of course didn’t answer) said if there was any way we could wait until Monday we’d save quite a lot and offered to prioritize us for Monday between 8-10am. Second, they came out first thing this morning, no trip charge, just a standard rate to snake the drain (which he had already quoted me Saturday). We had the same sink snaked about 3 years ago and they were not as thorough as the plumber was today. He wrapped the sides and bottom of the cabinet in plastic and protected the floor thoroughly. He checked our mechanical room and the room below the kitchen several times throughout just to be certain there were no impacts. (Not something he was worried about with our house being PVC, but just part of his process to be certain his work didn’t impact anything.) He thoroughly checked the drain and disposal afterwards. Offered many suggestions for what to do, what to watch for in the future, what to do before running the dishwasher the first time after the drain was snaked, etc. He not only cleaned everything when he was done, but even made sure I was ok with the type of cleaner he was going to use. He also didn’t try to sell us anything. 2 of the 3 plumbers we’ve had out the last 10 years wanted to check other things/sell us something. Clearly I highly recommend this family owned local company and am thankful I know who I’ll call for any future plumbing work.

AX Plumbing installed a tankless water heater + repaired several other plumbing issues. They were informative, professional, respectful, hardworking, on time and left my home neat and clean. What a GREAT COMPANY .. from a business card from Chris to an OUTSTANDING Service man DAN...Took Care of my toilet problem with rapid speed in and out within an hour. They were great. Great customer service. I had a burst water pipe and Dan had Don and Nathan to our house in 90 minutes. They were courteous and made the repair in the least obtrusive way. I appreciate the promptness and follow-up.

Ax plumbing showed up on time to replace my water heater and install a utility sink.
They did have to replace a few lines because I purchased a bigger water heater. They also installed shut off values which I did not have before.
Dan did explain what he did and the operation of the water heater.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! This company was awesome. I've never had to replace a water heater in my home before so I decided to call AX Plumbing and give them a try. I must say, Nick was such a pleasure to work with. They were fast to get back to me and very precise on their communication. The work was completed within a couple days of me calling and I'm sure it could have been done sooner, but I was out of town. My new water heater and water softener look great and work wonderfully. Had an issues with a leak on a Sunday afternoon. Emailed AX plumbing to set up a time to repair. They called me 15 minutes later to go over the problem. Sent them a few pictures and had and had a time set for Monday afternoon. They were able to respond earlier than promised. Fixed the issue and was on budget. Great company with awesome communication skills that are almost unheard anymore. Will use AX plumbing for all my future needs.

Dan and Don at AX Plumbing were great to work with! I had an issue that they were able to come out and troubleshoot the same day. Once the issue was diagnosed Don gave me my options to resolve the issue. He was open and honest and looked out for my best interest.
