Had a great experience with this HVAC company from start to finish. They installed my full system and recently came back for a repair. The team was always professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. The repair was handled quickly and the system is running perfectly again. I really appreciate their responsiveness and honesty. Highly recommend.

Jeremy is awesome! Totally recommend. Our AC went out during peak season with a newborn and Jeremy came right out and took care of it.

I want to give a big thanks to Jeremy at professional heating and air. To start I had someone come out and quote me 400 for a circuit board so I had insurance come out and take a look to see if there was something that could've been done they told me 3000 for repairs. I talked to Jeremy yesterday and explained to him what was going on and he said he would come by today. He showed up today and opened my furnace and noticed how the previous owner had done some shady things to it. It surprised him that it hadn't burned down. He replaced the sensors and a couple other things and made it work properly. He saved mine and my familys life LITERALY. I can't express how thankful I am for him to get our heat going after a month of being out, being quoted ridiculous prices and the holidays right around the corner. If there's anyone you need to call for heating and air problems call this man Jeremy Masid! His service is top notch and quick!

As a business in a tough economy, it is unexpected to be gifted an act of kindness. I am not a customer of professional, heating and air, but had an emergency with my thermostat. DYII in my own thermostat it would not connect to my furnace. They came out reprogrammed my thermostat did a quick check on my furnace and stated no charge. These are very professional and courteous business people my thanks go out to them and I highly recommend.

8/8/2025 12:30 pm, got home & no AC. Hot outside . 82 degrees inside. Elderly couple with health issues. Called Jeremy. They had it up & running within 30 min of initial call. Trouble shot & replaced bad capacitor on unit. Immediately up & running . He wouldn't accept payment for parts/labor. Stated its under warranty. Been using Jeremy's services since he first started his business?! There's no one we would rather call than Jeremy & his crew.

Jeremy and his crew are awesome! I called him and he came out within a few hours, diagnosed the problem and was out the door in under 20 mins! After repairing the blower motor, he came back out first thing the next morning and got everything put back and in working order! I also really appreciated his phone call updates as well. Jeremy is now my go-to guy for HVAC maintenance/repair!

Jeremy is wonderful and helped us with our older furnace. He is honest and walked us through everything without pressure to sell/upgrade. 100% recommend his services and will continue to rely on him for future needs. Great company!

I cannot thank Jeremy with Professional Heating and Air enough for his incredible, last-minute service. Our heater was acting weird and with the brutal cold snap, and we were honestly panicking, knowing most companies would be booked solid until Monday.
I placed a call, and Jeremy immediately stepped up, managing to fit us into his schedule early that next morning. He arrived promptly, was courteous, and immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. He clearly explained that a fan motor was needing replaced and showed us exactly why it was causing the issue. Along with cleaning it for me.
Jeremy didn't just fix the issue; he did it efficiently and made sure we understood the function of the repair. Within half an hour, our furnace was running correctly and reliably again, and our house was quickly warming up.
Jeremy’s willingness to come out on such late notice during peak winter season is a testament to his dedication and professionalism. They don’t actually want to fix anything, just replace it. They aren’t a big fan of helping their community either

Very disappointed. Had called them for a quote set up a time they came spent five minutes, maybe 10 to look at everything said we’ll have the office call you. Several hours later, the office calls to say I’m calling about your installation - (I’m thinking um okay we wanted a quote but …. ) Then she says we don’t have time for you. Instead of saying, when were you hoping to have this installed or anything along those lines it was just an automatic we don’t have time for you. Although I appreciate the bluntness - It did come across as rude- Especially since we wanted a quote to start with. But thank you for automatically eliminating yourselves now we don’t have to worry about you and we will happily take our business to someone else who acts like we are their only customer even though we know we aren’t.
