I have hired this company throughout the last year for carpets and blinds.
I have been so impressed with a young man named Kevin Papst. His co- workers have been great too. He goes the extra mile for me with every detail. I always get great response and communication when I call in.. I cannot say enough about how much I have enjoyed working with them.

Set up an appointment online and COIT called me the very next day advising they could come out sooner if I like. They were able to come that same day and did an amazing job on cleaning my kitchen and bathroom tile floors! It honestly looks like I just had new title installed!

Mike, the owner, was fantastic! He called me back after hours to ensure he made contact with me and was extremely pleasant. Jeremy showed up early, did a thorough walk thru of the house, diagnosed what he was going to do and then did an amazing job of cleaning the carpet.

We had Coit come out this morning and clean our walk-in shower. They did a fantastic job! Looks brand new again! Very friendly and helpful. We are going to have them back to clean all our tile floors. Highly recommend them!

I had a pretty disastrous white area rug that was expensive so I wanted to see if it could be cleaned. The Coit professional said, essentially, "This is going to be expensive and you're not going to be very happy with the results given the type of rug and the degree of wear. I recommend you save your money." Really appreciate the honest dealing and definitely will be calling them again!

Jason and kevin were out this morning and made all the carpet in my home look brand new! They were friendly and fast and did a terrific job. Jason made a lifetime customer with the Bryson's we officially switched from the other guy to coit! Highly recommend!

We have use COIT twice for upholstery cleaning (both cases were with Kevin as the lead). In both instances, they were on time, very professional, very good about explaining their service, and the results were fantastic! We highly recommend them for your cleaning services.

I needed to have my home's air ducts cleaned to remove a strange odor in addition to needing a thorough cleaning. They ducts had not been cleaned in 20+ years. I also needed the cleaning to be completed before noon and Coit did not disappoint! They called in advance and asked if they could come a bit earlier (YES! even better for me!). Rich and Jake from Coit were amazing! They were gloved and masked, professional, friendly and VERY thorough. They tidied up after themselves, and moved heavy furniture back in place for me. They even finished up at 11:00 AM so I could make my appointment at noon. I am so pleased with their work and their excellent service! Rich even put on 2 new register covers for me! I would highly recommend Coit Cleaning & Restoration Services if you have the need! 5 stars!

I couldn't be more pleased with the carpet and furniture upholstery cleaning that COIT provided today. Kevin, the tech who provided the service, was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. COIT is now my go-to company for carpet and furniture cleaning. Fair pricing, high quality work!

Highly recommend! I will use again. This was a first cleaning for us. Had used a competitor before and was always mildly satisfied. Jeremy with Coit was on time, very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous! He worked hard at his job which I appreciate!

Carpet, rug and upholstery look great. House is smelling much freshher...not easy with 2 large dogs!! Jeremy was very thorough and professional. He assured me if I was not satisfied, he would return to do a touch up. There is an area on an ottoman that I would like to have redone. Someone will be out tomorrow!! Great service. We are having the duct work cleaned in a couple of weeks. Can't wat!!

I had COIT come out to the house for a pet-related carpet mishap. I've used their service many times in the past and I was relieved to see that they were again able to quickly and effectively clean the carpet at a reasonable price. I'll continue to use them in the future and enthusiastically recommend their services.

Very pleasant and professional technician. We had stains in the carpet that we didn’t think would come out. Jeremy worked diligently on those areas and the majority of the stains came out. Great customer service. Great job and I would recommend them

We have white carpet in our house and thought the carpet was going to need replaced. After talking with Mike at COIT, he told us that they could get them looking new again. We hired COIT and when we returned, we could not believe the difference in our carpet. Our painter had spilled gray paint on our carpets, and COIT got the stain completely out and it has not returned. I would recommend COIT to anyone and would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

Had our air ducts cleaned and Jason did an excellent job. He was very professional and took before and after pictures of the many vents in our home. He even helped move our piano to clean a return vent behind it. Coit does far superior work over other companies that I have used before. I plan to use them again on a rental property that we own.

COIT was the only company that came to my house for an estimate. The others gave me an estimate over the phone. I was anxious about this because one of the items I wanted cleaned was a 75-year old chair. Mike came over and explained how each piece of furniture would be cleaned as well as the carpet. Rich, then, did a great job of cleaning. He called before he came over. Arrived actually a few minutes earlier than I expected. He moved the heavy furniture and raked the carpet when he was done. The carpets and furniture look terrific. I will definitely schedule COIT again in the future and would recommend their services.

Great service at a great price! Jeremy was my technician he was fast and courteous! House smells clean and fresh again. This is the second year in a row I've used Coit and I will use them again net year. Happy to hear they have also added many other cleaning services.

Rich went beyond great customer service on his visit to our home today .
He deep cleaned , deodorized and scotch guarded our carpets throughout our new home that had been lived in by a family of cats , it smells great and fresh and clean and no way you could tell that cats once lived there
He made recommendations on how to keep our carpets clean and gave me fair estimates on cleaning tile and our sectional couch once we get it moved in , there is no reason to look anywhere else for your cleaning needs ,
Rich did a fantastic job and you could really tell his enjoyed his work
COIT has found a great asset in Rich and Made a solid customer relationship with me

My 1 year old golden had a horrific diarrhea attack while I was out of the office. Coit got a tech (Kevin) to my house the next day! When Kevin was done, there was no trace of the disaster! I highly recommend them.

Next time. I had a stain on my couch and some on the carpet. Also one on the steps from a sick dog. My tech, David, got rid of all of the stains. Coit tells you what the job will cost before they start. No surprises. Quick and efficient. I forgot to take before pics, sorry. No pics.

I have tried a few different carpet cleaners and find COIT to be the best. They were on time, phoning 20 minutes ahead and bonus! even cleaned two small wool kitchen rugs for no extra charge. Stains were removed (wine, cats). Phone for the best deal, and the best job! Highly recommend Richard.
