I've always had a great experience when working with Seanan and his team at Rock Creek Construction. I'd highly recommend Rock Creek Construction if you're looking to build a new home, remodel your home or build a new deck.

Seanon and Melissa were great to work with. Timely with communication and completion of contracted work. We will continue to work with them on the next project.

Seanan built a garage and mud room for our house in 2015. No problems. There were little glitches that were easily fixed. We did have a roof leak in the mud room and Seanan came out right away to fix it, although he couldn't find the leak. We all came to the conclusion that the leak, which occurred during a terrific hard rain storm, was probably due to shingles flapping. Seanan poured rushing water over the area and we couldn't see a leak so we really thing it was a one-off due to the heavy, windy, torrential rain. BUT, he did come out to check it right away. We had no problems after that with the roof. As far as pricing, he was very reasonable. He did not take advantage of us in any way.

Rock Creek was so great to work with! We appreciated the professionalism and transparency throughout the process of constructing a large addition to our home. We would definitely recommend!

We hired Rock Creek to do a large addition to our home. We did bid several local companies. Rock Creek immediately stood out, humble during the bidding process. Rock Creek was also responsive other bidders were either arrogant or non-responsive. Like any large project issues happen. Rock Creek was always responsive and insured the issues were resolved. All the sub-contractors they brought on were amazing. We do have further home renovation plans and would definitely work with Rock Creek again

Choosing a home builder was not an easy task, but when we met with Rock Creek Construction, we knew we found someone special. From start to finish, Seanan made it an awesome experience. Rock Creek Construction is amazing! We had them add 310 square feet to our kitchen, which gave us a much needed larger kitchen, along with a pantry and laundry room. We were also very impressed with the subcontractors that Seanan used. They were professional, polite and really paid attention to detail. It's been almost two years since they completed our project, and we still just can't believe how beautiful our addition turned out. We had a friend that was starting on a kitchen renovation, and he asked us if there were any changes we wished we would have made. There is absolutely nothing we would change or alter. Seanan and Melissa were both so easy to work with, and were always willing to answer questions or offer suggestions when we needed direction. We would never hesitate to recommend Rock Creek Construction for any building project you are wanting to do. They are good people that do a fantastic job for a very reasonable price.

Rock Creek Construction built us a home that we could love as much as our former log home. The 12-foot ceilings in the living room and kitchen are beautiful with prison tin and rustic barn wood. Our lake view from the deck is wonderful.
