James has done an awesome job repairing 2 refrigerators and a leaking dish washer and is there when he has you scheduled for service. This is the 2nd time we have used his services. We take pictures of the placard of the appliance needing repaired, and he comes from Seward to Crete (with reasonable travel rates) with the correct parts to repair our appliances. I would highly recommend him for your appliance repair.

James provided help in replacing an oven lightbulb that burned out. The protective glass cover over the bulb was difficult to remove, but he succeeded and successfully replaced the bulb! Repeated this again on April 28, 2025 as bulb failed again.

My gas range had James scratching his head but he kept digging until he found what was causing the problem. I’m very pleased with his work! Would highly recommend him!

Reliable, fast, same day fix!!

Someone came quickly and knew what to do when my dishwasher wouldn’t turn on. He did some programming and it is fixed. I’m glad to know who to call for appliance repair!

Very prompt, arrived on time. Explained the problem. I had sent a video of the noise the machine was making which enabled technician to bring parts he thought may be needed. He was correct in his analysis via video. Tech was pleasant and polite. Very happy with service and definitely recommend.

Very prompt, friendly and professional. Sent a reminder text before the appointment and a text when he was on his way to my house. Was very clear and frank about the what the problems with my dryer were. Did a nice job cleaning up when he was finished. Immediately sent an invoice through text and I was able to pay him through the invoice which was very convenient. Would highly recommend.

Great communication in booking the appointment and in knowing when to expect the Tech to arrive. Excellent work at a very fair price. Went above and beyond to help get rid of the odor in our washing machine. Highly recommended and would use again!

James assisted my dad with diagnosing why his refrigerator was not working. He took the time to fully inspect the appliance and was very thorough. Even though the refrigerator was not able to be fixed, my dad felt very well taken care of. We will definitely be calling James and Appliance medic again, thanks Again, DeAnn

James gave a time, versus a time window, and he arrived on time for our refrigerator service.
I gave the details of the refrigerator (model number and issue) when making the appointment. James brough parts that may have been needed for repair: Although not needed, we would have had a working refrigerator if the parts were needed.

Easy appointment set up and was able to come on the day it was convenient for me. Arrived early with a text to let me know he was on his way!
Honest and open about repair and service needed, along with what he wouldn't suggest I spend money doing.
Price estimate right away so no surprises. Some great suggestions on future appliance purchases and laundry soap to try.
I will not hesitate to call for future needs.

The rollers on our dryer needed to be replaced. We had another repair company come look at it and they quoted us a price for repairs that was about as high as a new dryer. That was just not in our budget right now. I decided to call around for a second opinion and spoke with James. Since we already knew what was wrong, he was able to provide me with a quote over the phone, and it was a fraction of the original quote I got from the other company. He was at our house within the hour to do the repairs and was very quick and left the area cleaner than it was before he got there, which I always appreciate. Very good to work with and knowledgeable. My only regret is that we didn't call him first. Our dryer is working great! Highly recommended him to anyone and will be calling him next time we have any appliance issues.
