I'm towing a heavy load thru Seward and this business pulls out RIGHT in front of me to where I have to stand on the brakes. Then they go 20mph. And then they stop and turn right at the next block. The people you have out driving for you are your biggest advertisers.

Contacted Rumery in the late summer/early fall of 2020. The first time I contacted them I indicated that I would need sod laid. They said no problem took my address and said they'd be out to give an estimate. A few weeks went by and I never heard from them or saw them.

So, I called again. They didn't have any record of me ever calling and there was a new gal doing some of the administrative work. They mentioned with their backlog being out as far as it is was that I'd be one of the first ones in the spring. I didn't think that was an issue at all. They again took my name, number and address and said they'd be out for a quote. Anyway they never came out.

Fast forward now to March of 2021. I called again and once again there was a new gal doing the admin work. I explained the issue about how they were supposed to come out last fall and we never heard from them. So we were just checking back in. The gal working once again took my name and number and said she'd have the guys go out to take a look at my yard and give me a quote. I even told her that if it was going to be a while before giving me a quote to just have the courtesy to call and give me a heads up. About 2-3 weeks went by and still didn't hear anything.

Called for a final time and relayed the issue and the gentlemen who answered the phone couldn't of been any less helpful.

Usually in my experience companies are always willing to take your money and then when you need help with their service or product it's like pulling teeth to get them to spend their own money to help you. This company was so dysfunctional they didn't even want my money.

I'd advise to be weary if having them do any work for you.

Apparently the person that was supposed to put on the grub control missed part of our lawn and the raccoons came and tore up our lawn. Called them and you leave a voicemail and no return call from them. We are done with them. This is just not one spot in the yard. Front back and side yard
