Excellent, reliable service. They installed our last furnace, which we love. They are the only folks we call for any plumbing or HVAC needs.

Have now called 4 times over a 2 year span to get a whole home water filter in my house and have never gotten a call back to do it. I called one year they did come out and look at it and told me a cost, I called back a couple months later to get it done, never got a call back. I called again and talked to someone about it and she said she would let them know I called. I never heard back. Next year I called again to see when I could get this done, never heard a thing back.

Son had them out several times to clear sewer lines and techs accused my son and daughter in-law of not using the root killer they purchased from Cass, which my Son did diligently. Tech got rude with my daughter in-law over the root killer. Just a really bad company to deal with.
