This company was fantastic to work with! From my 7 a.m. call, to arrival within 45 minutes, to the communication and service provided I could not have asked for a better experience. They had to troubleshoot the issue, but did so with courtesy and constant communication. I’d hire them again for any project - large or small!

I cold called Custom Electric based solely on some recommendations on Next Door. They were very courteous and responsive on the phone, arranged an appointment within the week, and the young man who came to take care of my problem was very knowledgeable and very swift and clean in his work. I definitely will be calling them again and definitely recommend them. The price was what I expected also!

These guys get to me quickly. Easy to schedule. Today Ed and Zach hung ceiling fans for us. They also installed a gfc outlet that had gone bad. They come in and get to work right away. Both men know exactly what needs to be done and get it done quickly and correctly. (Very important.) They were polite and pleasant. This is my go to electric crew. Since we have more work to be done updating the lights, I’ll call them again!

Zach and Ed came out again and hung some more ceiling fans and a chandelier. They are very conscientious about their work. They also clean up after themselves. We are very pleased.

Our first experience with Customer electric was actually in our backyard. After having our retaining walls replaced, the wiring to the irrigation pump had to be repaired. The guys did better than repair the system. They upgraded the components to leave us with a far safer situation.

After my garage door kept tripping and locking me out of my house, I called—especially concerned since it was over a holiday. They immediately understood the safety issue and scheduled me quickly. Within 48 hours, the garage door was fully repaired.

On top of their professionalism, they went above and beyond with kindness. They even helped change a high ceiling light bulb I couldn’t reach—something I hadn’t been able to fix for months. As a single mom, that meant more than they probably realized.
