Hugos Plumbing is the best plumbing place i have EVER called. They do a great job and are a wonderful family. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

This company lacks communication with their customers. They say that you are a priority at the top of the list. Then they never call or show up. After 5 phone calls finally was told new customers aren't a priority and they will get there when they get there. Horrible service!!!

Called a week ago they came took the unit apart leaving parts laying in the grass and walk way i was told they would have to order an outdoor unit(they don't carry them in stock it's been over a week four days later the technician took all the scrap material and left the broken unit in my yard where it is still laying three days after he of course took all the precious metals from the house and unit I am disabled and now am forced to walk around the left over parts and unit until they finish the job..... with this I will also be reporting them to the better business bureau you should be ashamed of yourself i wouldnt recommend them to fix a sandwich unprofessional and lazy to say the least

Called 4 times to get our new thermostat in and a quote on a furnace. Was told they would show up and never did and never called. Ridiculous that we couldn't be told they wouldnt do it. Called another company and they came out in a week. Really sad a local business wont take care of us. Wont waste my time in the future with Hugos.

They came to my mom's house for a plugged toilet. They ran a snake out and couldn't get the blockage removed because they said it is clear out we're the pipe meets the city sewer system. They said they would give my mom an estimate and give her a good deal. That was three months ago. Have not heard anything back. No follow up. They charged her 750 dollars to do nothing. I would not recommend this company.

We needed the main sewer line unclogged. We called & were quoted $200. She said they'd call us back with a time window. No word for two days. So, I called a different company. It was snaked that day; $100 & paid. Things must have changed. In good conscience, I would not be able to recommend them, any longer.😔
