BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This Company has taken such good care of me. From the moment your on the phone with them to the moment they come out and finish the job they are flawless. He priced several options and answered all of my questions with no rush or pushy sales just real answers and honesty. Highly recommend this company they are a thorough and honest business Gianna and Alfredo were the ones that helped me out and they were absolutely amazing. I would a hundred percent go back here if needed!

Alfredo and Gigi came and looked at our A/C situation and explained everything clearly. We did need to replace the old unit. We were given a fair price for a Ruud A/C, made in the USA! and the crew who did the installation are excellent. Altogether this was a very good experience and we couldn't be happier. These are wonderful people, very trustworthy, honest, friendly and respectful. If you need either service, repair, or total replacement you can't do better than Krause's Air.

Krause’s is a 10/10 recommendation. My AC went out on a Monday and they were at my house for an installation the very next day. They were all very professional and friendly. After having mine replaced, I recommended several friends and family over to them in which they were also very satisfied. If you are looking for quality work, Krause’s is the place to go!

Thoroughly recommend Krause's Air. This Summer, my AC failed and I called my long-time, over-priced AC company to help. When they showed up, they immediately told me I needed a complete new system. I asked for a quote and they told me $16,800 for a 14 seer. I then proceeded to seek out a few other quotes, one being from Krause's. Krause's was offering a 16 seer for thousands less and I felt comfortable talking with them. You could tell there was no salesmanship involved. Fast forward to a couple days later and they showed up for the installation. I left to go to work, but 2 hours later I get a call from them and they tell me that I do not need a new system and that they could fix what I currently have for $600. They also told me I had several years left on my current system. I was impressed that they would be willing to earn much less and do the right thing. This experience has convinced me that I have found my AC company moving forward. Give this company a look, you won't be disappointed.

Krause’s Air installed a new HVAC unit in my condo recently, and they did a great job with a competitive price. Their team of at least four were friendly and worked hard. They had to climb up in my very small attic to replace the air handler - which deserves a medal just for that! They worked quickly and quietly, and I am very happy with everything. The manager of the team, GG, made it easy to communicate any questions or concerns before I accepted their bid, and she was very flexible in scheduling the job which was appreciated. My new unit was up and running the same day! I highly recommend them!
