Excellent job and affordable

We have been using them for 4 years now. Clean carpets. Great service!

Seth and Jason came to the house and cleaned all the carpet and tile. They brought some professional tools and got the job done. The whole house looks and smells clean.
Great job guys!!!

Seth and Jason will be able to clean your carpets, tile, upholstery, and leather. Just recently, The Soil Extractors merge with Steam Maxx to service their long term clientele. Their years of experience and knowledge will turn you into a repeat customer. Just give them a try and you'll see the difference between those so called Big Box Franchises and your Local Home Town Service Company.

Excellent carpet cleaning service!!! My carpets look and feel so good! The fellas really took their time, and it was so apparent they were there to make sure that my carpets were refreshed and clean, and I would be satisfied.
It’s always good when you can get superior quality results, and the rates charged are competitive; less than what I have paid in the past. 🤗

Excellent service from Seth and Jason.
I wish I had taken before pics but didn't think about it.
They did a great job, and the carpets look brand new. They are super professional and friendly, and I definitely recommend them!

Seth and Jason are the best! They have cleaned my carpets a number of times and today they also repaired a snag in the carpet on the landing that was a trip hazard. It looks brand new and the rest of the carpet is so fresh and clean. Plan to have them come back soon to clean my tile and grout. Highly recommend!

Drives like an idiot and asked me if he ruined my day and called me “hun” . Learn how to drive. Plate number 673 K58 . He asked me if I ever got a speeding ticket on racetrack Road and I didn’t even answer because I have not because I know how to drive like a normal person. Apparently he doesn’t know that you can get a speeding Ticket for driving too slow and impeding the flow of traffic. What a jerk.

With employees like the one I experienced today. I would never use this company.
