I had an amazing experience with Cool Camel HVAC & Refrigeration! My AC broke right before I was about to go into major surgery, and I urgently needed it fixed since I’d have caretakers coming in. They responded incredibly fast—arriving within 30 minutes of my call—and had everything up and running in just 10 minutes.

The technician was very professional, kind, and respectful during a really stressful time for me. It’s rare to find a company that’s this responsive and efficient while still providing such great customer service. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you!!

I’ve been acquainted with Cool Camel for several years as they have been serving the hvac needs for my workplace. My home system was over 30 years old so I contacted them about replacement. After agreeing to the price, a crew of 3 arrived on schedule and on time with everything needed to complete the job. They put in a long day and didn’t leave until everything was thoroughly inspected and performance tested. Price was exactly as agreed with no surprises. A friend of ours used cool camel and was pleased with the Price, service, and results. So I obtained 3 quotes. Cool camel was not the highest. The owner was 1 of the three installers. They replaced my 24 year old split unit( attic unit and outside compressor) they were very professional, on time, and finished in 1/2 a day. I highly recommend cool camel hands down!!!!

Our AC stopped working in the middle of the day, it was over 100 degrees and I’m currently 9 months pregnant. Needless to say, it was urgent we find someone to help! Fortunately for us, Jaden (Cool Camel HVAC) came out same day to check it out and got it up and running for us! He was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The owner of Cool Camel came to my residence for a AC replacement estimate. He provided a step by step introduction to replacing my AC units and put me at ease. His team was very professional and open to answer any questions I had. They were on time and very efficient while at my residence. They are a great company and I am extremely happy with their work.

I had another very large popular company come out and try to sell me a new unit and I saw a Cool Camel Truck at a neighbors house. I gave them a call and they came over right after they were done and said it was just the compressor. No need to buy a whole new system. They went ahead and replaced my compressor and my system is so much quieter and running so good! Will always recommend.
