Rick and Kim are amazing! Not only is Rick an A/C wizard, but also helped me with a plumbing issue free of charge! He didn't need to do that, but he went out of his way to do something nice for me. I appreciated it so much! I would highly recommend him to anybody!

Rick has great communication and clearly articulates what needs to be done / what doesn't need to be done and the resulting impact and cost. Rick also went out to help reset the heater when the switch went off, free of charge. Thank you Rick!

My AC started going out on the night of July 3rd and completely went out by 3am. I was panicking as I continued seeing the temperature rise in my toddlers bedroom. I began to call several HVAC businesses but none answered and some sent me text messages saying they can assist after hours for a $200 fee. I felt forced to wait for one to open at that point.

I based my search on people’s reviews and was a bit hesitant by the lack of reviews on Desert Comfort but with them being close by and the earliest opening HVAC service, I opted for calling them at 7:10am. Rick answered and told me he was booked through Friday (it was TUESDAY!!) but he heard my plea and empathized with me. He asked where I was located and it so happened that he was working on another house in my neighborhood at that very moment. Knowing this information he managed to squeeze me in and fixed the issue within 10min! From my understanding, the capacitor blew out due to the heat and luckily he had the replacement. This was all completed within ONE HOUR of my call!! This man is a true life saver!

This was a pivotal moment for me as I’m not well versed on all areas of being a homeowner. I will be forever grateful and will make Desert Comfort my GO TO HVAC service. I don’t know what the typical prices are for these services but it was economical for me. I really thought I was going to get a ridiculous bill but it felt very reasonable.

If anyone is looking for someone to trust for the job… Rick is your guy!!

Excellent service. Rick was courteous, explained the problem, answered my questions, and gave me options. The repair was done right away, and he even made sure my tenant had a temporary heater until the job was complete, and warrantied. Thanks again Rick and Desert Comfort, much appreciated!

Got a call early Saturday morning from my tenant that her air conditioner was out. I called Desert Comfort from a recommendation of a friend. Kim answered and provided excellent customer service, stating she would get a tech to call me ASAP. Rick called within minutes, just coming down from another roof. I gave him my tenant's information and he was on his way. Just one hour after talking to Kim, Rick called me to discuss the repairs and we were done. I've never received such quick and friendly service so early on a weekend. I highly recommend these guys!

If you read the reviews one thing is clear Rick understands he is in a business that people depend on and can easily be taken advantage of.

I had my AC unit go out, and with its age i figured it was time for a new system. So I reached out to Rick to come take a look. Sure he could quote me for a new system, but he asked what was wrong with it. I told him a competitor had come out and diagnosed it but thought it would cost close to $1000 just to see if it was that problem. You could tell Rick was offended for me. He said well let's fix this, then we can talk about a new system. I was ready to drop five figures on a new system rather Rick took a reasonable three figures...and got my house cooling. The fix took 15 minutes.
Now I can figure out what the right next steps are, on my timeline.

I recently purchased a home in Las Vegas.The A/C unit in was 20+ years old and I was afraid it would break down when I need it most. Rick came highly recommended. I called for an A/C check-up. Rick was very informative about the condition of my total unit. I decided to purchase a new system. When his installers arrived they were very courteous. They put floor protection down and got to work. They arrived at 8:15 am and completed the work by 1:30 pm including clean-up. Rick explained the system mechanics as the work was progressing. He is professional and personable. I highly recommend he and his crew.

My AC unit broke, and a company said I needed a new one for $16,000. Rick and his team came in and saved the day. They were able to fix the unit for $345. I highly recommended Rick, and his team of technicians! Desert Comfort AC are extremely honest and highly skilled. Make sure to call Rick before you go with any other AC Company. You need to make sure you get an honest diagnostic of your Ac unit, and Rick is very honest and trustworthy!

Rude drive like maniacs

I wouldn't use this company due to the fact that he has anger management issues. I just witnessed very aggressive behavior/road rage on tue 95S on 10/10/18. He was fighting with another truck and almost crashed into the truck he was fighting with. He was driving very fast and cutting cars off. He even passed up a semi truck on the shoulder . I would not want someone with anger management issues in my house. Remember you are representing your company, in your company truck and what you did was uncalled for and not professional at all. Learn to control your anger !! Its a 1 star only because it wouldn't let me continue without picking 1 but I really wanted to give him 0.
