Went in there today looking for parts. We have gone to the big box chains around town but were left unsatisfied. As soon as we walked in the guy ran right up to us. He was very knowledgeable and found us EXACTLY what we needed. We will definitely be back . I highly recommend this shop.

Man, this place is fantastic. I'm a homeowner, not a plumber. I found this place when looking to do a warranty swap on my water heater. A few places I called wanted a lot of money just to swap out a water heater. This place had a very very reasonable price. I was lucky to have Dennis as the person who helped me. Very friendly and courteous. We ended up talking a lot about baseball and local little leagues. The guy has some good knowledge and stories. As for the store, I was so impressed at how much inventory they had. Simple things like flex water lines, plumbing parts, tools, and more than I really paid attention to. My kids were waiting on the truck for me and Dennis invited them in for some free sodas/drinks. They have a soda fountain in the store and he just offered. No upselling, just knowledge and kindness. I'm so glad I found this place. Had many things that I would find out of stock at Home Depot, Fergusons and Lowes. I'm sure plumbers get a whole lot more use from them. I have some heating elements to replace in my other water heater. I'm going to come back here for them for sure. Thanks guys!

They got what I need

Great customer service.

They did not have the value I needed but were helpful in recommending a different company. They had it and I was able to get my water softener fixed. I appreciated him helping me find what I needed even though they did not have what I needed.

Have loved and used Van Marke for a long time now but in the last 6 months we are finding more and more that the stock is not being kept up like it used to be. We are constantly having to go to a second parts house to fill our parts order for regular items that are out of stock with no explanation other than "they didn't send us any" - now this week they are out of water heaters, first Ruud and then American, so no 50 gallon heaters in stock - its unfortunate, but they are pushing us to use other suppliers.
