Built a really nice pool great design at my vacation home

Greencare has done an amazing job on our pool build. They worked with us to create a design that met our vision and remained functional for what we wanted. Every team which has shown up has been prompt and professional. No issues whatsoever. Smooth build.

Our pool journey began in May 2021. We met with Jeremy and planned out the pool/spa. This was after COVID, so there were supply issues, however, the original estimated completion was September/October 2021. That estimated date was pushed to November (around Thanksgiving) 2021, and then to late December 2021, then February 2022. Eventually, in May 2022 (exactly one year later), the pool/spa was completed. Our biggest issue throughout was the lack of communication. It was difficult to get calls back or status updates. Again, this was right after COVID, so there may have been staffing issues that caused this. Based on the finished product, I would recommend Greencare. Knock on wood... but we've had no issues with the construction of the pool over the past two years. They recommended a pool service guy (Water Science), who was associated with the company. I do NOT recommend them. They sent teenaged kids at times, didn't show up some weeks, it was annoying. A couple times the pool turned green and we couldn't get a hold of anyone via phone to come help us. Find someone else to service your pool.

Our pool was built in 2020, we've had trouble free swimming for 4 years, recently the autofill valve started leaking and I couldn't find the proper replacement. I went to the office and talked with Tim, he got me the right valve and took care of it on warranty. It's good to know Greencare is there when needed.

We love our pool by Jeremy & Greencare! Jeremy kept us informed and we knew what to expect. He was professional and kind. Our pool & backyard was completely in a reasonable timeframe and we have made wonderful family memories with our grandkids in the pool.

I had a great experience with Greencare building my pool. Everything comes in phases week by week and the job gets done right away and on schedule. I’m very impressed with the process. Tim the manager always check up on you to make sure everything is good to go and he makes the next appointment for the next job to be done. I recommend this company. They already install the electrical and it’s only been less than a month!! Fast process and very detailed.

We are so glad we went with Greencare! They built an amazing pool for us. Becky was amazing as well. Without her we would not have gotten through it! When things got stressful she helped us through it and made sure we were ok. Everyone was easy and great to work with! We highly recommend you go with Greencare for your backyard needs! 😊

I wish I had a positive outcome to share, but unfortunately, I don't. Overall, I'm excited to have completed the project and to have a pool for the summer, but GreenCare has serious communication issues they need to address with their customers. A few things to note: First, be prepared to manage your own punch list and stay on top of it. We still haven't received the light control for our pool, which was finalized last August. Second, I would not recommend using them for any landscaping needs; they don't install weed block, which can be a major problem in the desert Southwest. And finally, document everything and keep a paper trail via email. As I mentioned earlier, communication is terrible, and customer service is poor. Overall, workmanship is good but below expectations for what you pay. One last thing to know: be prepared for them to show up in your backyard unannounced. I wouldn't recommend letting your kids or dogs play in the backyard unless the gates are locked. Many mornings, I came out in my bathrobe with my coffee to find workers in the backyard without warning. Check out other customers reviews on Yelp.

Their name may be "Greencare" but they are anything but green. I saw one of their trucks on the road this morning (license plate Nevada 278 S05) and it was emitting so much smoke exhaust that it seemed like it was on fire. It is not only ruining our environment, but was making conditions dangerous for other drivers, both due to reduced visibility and other drivers making unnecessary moves to get away from the trail of smoke left by this vehicle. There is absolutely no way that such a vehicle could has passed any type of inspection in its condition.

If this company cares that little for our environment, I would never trust or recommend them for anything.

Today is day 425 since they started digging and it’s still not done. Greencare doesn’t care.

Design department recommended poisonous plants to a house with dogs.

Was told no berries on the Carolina Cherry Shrubs, arrived on site with little hard red berries. Any good boy-scout knows that’s poison.

Turns out it was cyanide, poisonous to dogs and humans. I rejected the poisonous plants and we agreed to just put cypress trees instead.

They left holes in the ground for months and finally after complaining, and waiting weeks to be scheduled… they brought back more poisonous plants and tried to plant them again. Wow, I couldn’t believe it.

This experience is not unique and illustrates almost every experience I had with Greencare.
