I had a new roof put on a few years ago. Thought I might have a leak, I was wrong but they came right out, told me what was happening, recalled some flashing as a courtesy and did it all with smiles on their faces.

Ruiter Construction redid our entire kitchen and house flooring for us after a water incident. Their estimate was highly competitive and Dan, Mike, and the rest of they crew were highly reliable, trustworthy, professional, and are truly craftsman in multiple construction disciplines. I plan to use them again soon. They should be seriously considered for any job, big or small.

I came across Chuck and his team after my house got flooded and the contractor we picked for the job flooded. Chuck was very understanding and tried to help out as fast as he could.

The workers are punctual and courteous and they do a great job. Prices are more than fair. I've hired them for another job and plan on using them again!
I highly recommend them and am very glad I got a chance to work with them.

We had our floor in our hall and our bathroom floor replaced and the two that did the replacements were fantastic. I would highly recommend them for your needs. Thanks Bob and Sam for the magnificent job and for being so friendly.

Sloppy and problematic.

This company was referred to me by a Local relator and she had said that they would do great work. The thing is that they never got around to doing any work. I was in need of a roof repair and I was hoping to have it done before fall season hit. We started the process early August and now it is early October. Two months our estimate sat on Dan's desk just getting more paperwork piled ontop of it. That is what Dan the roofer supervisor had told me when I had called for the third time to set up an appointment for the repair. Finally a date was set for October 5 and of all days to rain it was the day of our appointment for repair. Here is what made me very upset! No call no show no word from the company the day they were supposed to show up. Very unprofessional on their part. Please reconsider your options, maybe look for a company that really wants to do the work. Ruiter Constrution never did do the work and we decided to find someone else that wanted the job. Good Luck with your search!

My elderly mother got an ac from Ruiter Company May7, 2021 and it was broken down May 4,2024. Several attempts have been made to get someone to come over and fix or replace. My mother has a warranty. No response. She was talked to so rude. I could hear the mistreatment of my mother . It broke my heart. Her and her pet had suffered tremendously in the heat. We have had to place fans today all around the house for every room to at least make it bare able. Be very mindful of Company’s that practice such mistreatment. My mother had medical conditions. Would you want your mother treated this way? Shame on Ruiter.
