Always a trip worth making. I've been shopping for immediate AV and contractor supplies for decades. They usually have what I need as far as tools, telecommunications parts, cable, etc. They also have popcorn and throw the occasional open house.

Your company had an opportunity to do the right thing but you decided not to.
If you want good customer service go some place else, because you won't find it here.

Any time Ive ever tried to use this place it turns into a mess. Call for a part, "let me transfer you" and you get voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous.
