I recommend Lawson Construction LLC. Having little personal experience in commercial construction, Lawson Construction LLC was very helpful and professional in explaining the process to me. This project here in downtown Las Vegas is my first with Lawson Construction LLC but will not be the last.

Lawson came in last minute on a project earlier this year after a vendor dropped out. April went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready in the compressed timeline. They were efficient, professional and were truly turnkey for anything thrown at them. I would highly recommend working with April & look forward to working with her again in the future.

We hired Lawson Construction LLC to construct a patio cover in our yard. April and her crew were accommodating and professional, to say the least. We were so happy with the work done and how quickly it was completed that we hired them again to renovate our kitchen. We highly recommend using Lawson construction for any work.

I started a complete remodel and covered patio build project a few months back. I had pretty bad luck with two contractors. I had to start over as the two contractors were unreliable and wanted a lot more money than quoted. Well I contacted Lawson’s . What a pleasant surprise, General contractor was a female ( do not be surprised she knows her stuff) April reviewed the project gave me a fair estimate and we agreed to finish the project. Lawson finished the project ahead of time, cleaned up the mistakes and did fantastic job. I am very happy with the finished project. Top notch company.. Thanks April for making good on your promises!

I have had Lawson Construction do a number of jobs, including a metal fence removal, porcelain floor tile installations through multiple rooms, painting interior rooms, ceiling lighting and fans installation, and bathtub replacement and leak repair including a ceiling reconstruction. Every time, they are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. It is a pleasure to interact with them and I always feel that I have received good value and excellent quality results. I would hire them again and I recommend them highly to anyone looking for renovation or construction services.

I strongly advise reviewing the Nevada State Contractors Board and researching LAWSONS CONSTRUCTION LLC (License Number: 0086112). As of my writing this review, their license status is marked as Suspended, No Qualified Individual. This indicates that they lack the necessary experience of a qualified individual to hold a license in Nevada. It is crucial to consider this information before engaging with LAWSONS CONSTRUCTION LLC.

Any potential customer needs to be aware of how Lawson Construction conducts business.

They will:

1. Take your money.

2. Refuse to have any further contact after taking your money.

3. Be financially unable to pay you back for said stolen money due to the numerous outstanding liens and defaults on their name and property.

It's all around an awful experience having to deal with this group. They've provided me with nothing but a headache for my time.

Don't waste yours.

UPDATE: I understand that it is easier to claim a false review rather than deliver for your customers, and though I believe that is what you are doing here, I think it is entirely possible that you don't actually remember me since you abandoned my partner and my project so quickly after accepting our money. I would be happy to speak with anyone with questions about my experience with April, her team, and Lawson Construction LLC.

BEWARE!!! They charged us for services but never fulfilled and failed to meet their duties and responsibilities. April took no accountability or willingness to address our concerns. I strongly advise against hiring them as they lack integrity and commitment to client satisfaction. DANG! I wish I looked up her contractor's license before engaging with her.... Please do yourself a favor and look for a reputable contractor elsewhere.
