Beautiful models! Great sized master bedrooms. The standard counters, fixtures, blinds and appliances are excellent. Location is top notch, Mosaic is overall a nice value.

I'm looking forward to moving in. Buying new is always an experience but Touchstone makes it easy by selling you a home that has window coverings, all appliances, and how can you complain about these interest rates? Plus the Panorama properties are in a great location. Part of the HOA fee covers your Cox Gigablast service with cable and the HOA is less than $190.00. The sale process has been pleasant and professional.

Nice semi custom homes. Multigenerational living options, open floorplans, large lots. A good value for the price compared to other builders. Nice locations with a rural feel for some of the home sites. Some locations have nice mountain views. Many are on half acre lots in a cluster of four homes. Three car garages standard on most homes. Up to seven car garage option available.

Through about moving here. But once I was told that you had to have Cox Cable I changed my mind and quickly too. It not right if a person is BUYING a home, not RENTING that you have to have a Cable Service that you don't care for. Where I live now Cox Cable is FREE, and this place is Condo's and looks like apartments and charging a lot of money for NOTHING !!!!

The loan ends up being a condo loan. There is restrictions on how many dogs you can have and weight limit.
For a place to buy there is a lot little things you can't do. Rather buy an actual house with a yard for the same price.

I was never contacted back from the company

The HOA refuses to enforce their own rules.

They set the stage to entice potential home buyers. They promise you the moon. But once the bait is accepted and you've made your deposit, you fall prey to their unsavory practices. In the final analysis, one dept. doesn't know what the other is doing. The finishes are low-level and substandard, nothing of which you opted for. The shelving used throughout the house from kitchen, pantry, closets, Master bedroom closet are nothing more than particle board and plywood; nothing of which a luxury home should have. BUYERS BEWARE!

First you can see the poor reviews on here for yourself in regards to materials used.

Second when I reached out to this unprofessional company they were not responsive.

And most of all they do not want to work with Realtors® like myself who represent you, the buyer, so I would not go near this home builder as they are trying to cut out any cost possible including the buyer having a representative which is scary! They pay an insult of a referral fee and not a standard commission for a Realtor's® hard work.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Touchstone Living, and I must say, it has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a developer. From poor customer service to unresolved issues, this company has consistently failed to meet even the most basic expectations.

    **Customer Service and Communication:**
The level of customer service is abysmal. Reclamations are not handled properly, and customers are often left in the dark. For instance, Ryan claimed to have called me, but there was no missed call on my phone. Kourtney, on the other hand, takes days to respond to emails, making it incredibly frustrating to get any form of communication or resolution.

    **Quality and Inspections:**
The quality of the construction is questionable. Despite assurances that everything was built "according to local codes," there are glaring issues. For example, the kitchen lacks proper ventilation, causing the entire house to smell whenever cooking is done. Additionally, there have been multiple small reclamations that have not been addressed, leaving the home in a less-than-ideal state.

    **Parking Issues:**
Another significant problem is the parking situation in the community. Instead of focusing on the safety and well-being of the residents, the company has organized a towing service and security that seems more interested in generating revenue than ensuring a safe environment. Cars are towed every 15 minutes, with exorbitant fees ranging from $600 to $800. This has created a hostile environment and a sense of distrust among residents.

    **Overall Impression:**
In summary, Touchstone Living is a company that I cannot recommend. The lack of proper customer service, unresolved reclamations, and the exploitative parking practices make it one of the worst developers I have ever dealt with. If you are considering purchasing a property from Touchstone Living, I would strongly advise you to think twice and explore other options. This company has shown a consistent disregard for customer satisfaction and quality, making it a poor choice for anyone looking to invest in a new home.
