Booking to get my house cleaned was easy and fast. I had 2 cleaners the next day and they did an amazing job, definitely surpassed my expectations!! Will be booking again.

I was going replace our office rugs but Deep Clean Plus was able to make our existing rugs look like new. They also cleaned our home carpet and they did an excellent job. On time, and very professional. I would highly recommend to all of my friends and family.

Just okay, nice ladies. Just not deep clean for $360

Paid 240 dollars for four hours for it to look like no one came. I called to especially make sure that the clean laundry would be hung up. We live in a small condo. After three hours I was called and asked for an additional hour of time to finish everything. The maid didn't hang any of the laundry and lied and said there were no hangers provided but she just hid them under the clothes. Didn't clean the oven because she said the handle was broken. Didn't clean the fridge or baseboards because she said she didn't have enough time. So again, I paid 240 for the toilets to be cleaned. The manager offered to refund me 30 dollars and left me on read. Just a heads up.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Paid $275 for 3 hours. They weren't
finished by the end of those 3 hours. I paid for an
additional 2, and still my home wasn't clean. They
didn't even mop my floors or clean the master
bathroom. I kept having to ask them to clean areas
they skipped. The two ladies that showed up moved
extremely slow. It took one of them 1hour to do 15
minutes worth of dishes. Which weren't even
cleaned correctly.

Over priced for low-quality service. I reached out to the company to ask why the two cleaners missed 1/2 of my condo when I paid for 2 1/2 hours of cleaning. ? The woman told me that she can’t handle complaints of disputes the only person who is able it is the manager. She told me he would be reaching out within 24 hours.
*A week later after multiple emails to the company with no response: “Nicholas” reaches out and says that the complaint is past the time of dispute inquiry. He was the most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever spoken to. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money with this joke of a company.

I spoke with their “management team” over email and gave no solutions to my complain. The women were polite and nice, however poor cleaning they came for 2 1/2 hours and the work they did was not done correctly. They also lied about vacuuming a small carpet. They mopped without sweeping and just wiped the counter tops instead of actually cleaning them. Management response was, you should’ve bought more time. What a joke of a company and customer service.
