My first time hiring a cleaning service. I highly recommend Excelencia. My apartment has never been so clean! The two person team went over and beyond cleaning every nook and cranny of my home. They were very friendly and professional. Communication with the company is excellent. Give Excelencia a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Meybol and her team were absolutely amazing. They came and provided a deep clean for our RV and home and did such a great job. Everything looked brand new by the time they finished. I have not been able to find anyone to do a job like they have in the past two years that we have lived in Henderson.

Meybol and her team are awesome to work with. They are exceptionally thorough. I had worked with several local servicers but after a few months their levels would decline. Not Excelencia! After 6 months they are still as good as the 1st time. Meybol, the owner, was considerate of my PTSD with others and won me over with her kindness and clear communication. She is patient with my quirks (such as always hand washing the dishes). She always thinks about how to go over and beyond. During my moveout she made sure to send pictures of everything. I can't say enough about the team's service. They are worth every penny!!

Meybol and her team are amazing!
We bought a large new home (3,000+ sq ft) and it was dirty everywhere: counters, cupboards, shower, etc. Meybol is friendly and made the process easy. The scent of the cleaning products used are both delightful and gentle on the lungs (as someone with asthma this is VERY important). Before the team had even made it to the first floor, the house was already smelling so much better. The previous owners had embedded the walls with artificial scents that were awful and causing me breathing issues, but the Exelencia team's work has eliminated much of that issue. The team of three that worked on our home were efficient and professional. They completed a detailed cleaning of our home in 6 hours, making it a completely worth the cost!

I highly recommend Excelencia Cleaning and I would rate them 6 stars. If 5 stars is a great experience, my 6-star rating represents a "magical experience".

Excelencia Cleaning does housekeeping for an Airbnb property that I own. 97% of reviews I've received about cleanliness are 5-stars. They ensure the property is always extremely clean, check everywhere is perfect for a guest check-in, linens and towels are checked periodically and I get suggestions to make replacements or changes as needed. Because I don't live close to the property, my requirements for a cleaning company were extreme ownership, superior quality, and 100% reliability. Excelencia Cleaning and her owner, Meybol, have always delivered. I’ve met the employees and they’re great too. Excelencia has been a great business partner and I trust them with no reservations.

They are 100% Professional! I have used other cleaning services in the past but not one holds a candle to Excelencia! They cleaned our 3500sq ft house from top to bottom. Previous cleaners we hired simply missed pictures/shelves etc. It was even cleaner than when we purchased the home a few years ago! They are Simply the best in Las Vegas! I highly recommend them! Our guest room is perfect! Try them once and you will be hooked!
