UPDATE: 3/29/26- Been a customer for more than four years now. I have never been disappointed or had to make a call or complaint. Each time this team does all and above what our home needs. I am truly grateful for Ladybug Cleaning.

September 25, 2024 - It's the little things they notice, that likely no one else but me will. The holder supports for the toilet paper accumulate dust, they see that, they clean them and likely no one but me notices it, or for that matter even cares, but that's their skill and it tells me if they get the small stuff, you know they get the bigger things. That's the way these amazing ladies tend to my home. Always so appreciative that I can have them.

May 21, 2024 - I broke my ankle in April, a Bimallelor fracture, no weight bearing for over a month or more. I had to cancel my cleaning as my home represented a hospital room, walkers, wheelchairs, inability to move about etc. However, the dust continued, the dirt continued and I grew not only restless with my situation, but seeing I could not do anything about the house wrecked havoc on my emotional state too. I did not realize how much it bothered me until the ladies left and I felt so much relief.

Once I was able to transition to a scooter, I reached out to Fernando and the Ladybug Team offering my limited days to see if he could somehow accommodate me on short notice. I also opted to add extra personnel to make the cleaning time quicker. Fernando worked with me, we got a date and the ladies arrived on time with all their equipment and smiles. They set to work and not only did a magnificent job but finished so quickly! My home was clean and I could rest, emotionally, knowing all was good. I actually felt physically better after they left and realized what NOT having a clean home was doing to my mental state.

I also want to mention that my jewelry was laying around, my iphone out, my Kindle, various valuables and not once did I have a concern or fear for "should I have put them away", because these ladies do an honest job each and every time. They are simply fabulous and I am beyond grateful to have them clean our home. Forever customer here...thank you.

I cannot sing the praises of Ladybug Cleaning enough! I recently had a roommate move out who left their bathroom a disaster, but it was no problem for these guys. They did an exquisite job of getting into every corner of my home and leaving it immaculately clean. I feel like I have a new home.

Fernando was a breeze to communicate with though yelp and text, the scheduling was a cinch, they were on time and professional, the ladies were quiet and respectful (they were so sweet to my puppies, too), and I am elated to give them my recommendation. I will be a returning customer.

Second time using Ladybug. First was for a deep cleaning which was very thorough. On time, again, for the appointment. Crew was very organized and efficient. Bathrooms & Kitchen were spotless when finished. Linens were changed, furniture dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped. Great job, plan on using them on a monthly basis.

Alright, I gotta hand it to Elvia and the other ladies at Ladybug Cleaners—they don’t miss a thing. I’ve had them come in four months straight, and every time, it’s like watching a well-oiled machine in action. The bathrooms? Spotless. The kitchen? Immaculate. I don’t know how, but somehow, no piece is untouched—I even caught them vacuuming the couch like it was standard practice. The prices? Fair and competitive. The timing? Always on point—sometimes even early, but they make sure to ask first, which is just good manners if you ask me. Best part? They’re as friendly as they are efficient. If you want real-deal cleaning done with zero shortcuts, these are the folks to call.

Great experience! It was an emergency and I needed same day cleaning and only Ladybug had availability. Cleaners did an amazing job and are very thorough. Easy to work with, on time, and zero issues.

Side note- I told them they didn't have to clean the fridge or oven and they did anyways which was much appreciated! They even cleaned the couple of dishes that were in the sink!

Maria and Janet cleaned my house today and Wow!! They did an amazing job! They both worked very hard to make everything shine. I requested a "deep cleaning" and was able to customize the specific items which needed addressing. As you can see in the pics, my windows, patio tracks, under the cupboards and even tops of door ledges are all spotless! And the patio doors are so clean it looks like I'm outside!

They were very efficient and thorough.

I’ve been using this company for biweekly housekeeping for quite some time now. Overall I’ve been satisfied with the job they do, however there has been a few instances where I come home to stuff in my home broken or damaged after the cleaning and not a word from the housekeeper or the owner regarding it. I came home to my shower door seal almost completely off and my sink drain stopper stuck in the drain and unable to get up with the lever which will require me to take apart the sink to fix. I realize these are not major problems, however it is unprofessional to not just let me know that something went wrong while cleaning. I realize that it wasn’t intentional but to act like it was like that when you got there...Just own it, if something goes wrong. Inform the client and try to get it resolved. Basic customer service and professionalism.

My mother has had them come before the holidays for the last few years. She booked them weeks ago and received several strange calls from them making excuses not to come or to charge her extra. There was even a comment about her not cleaning her house for a year. She was mortified. Her house is always spotless. She is elderly and had been under the weather and really needs the help this time. I live out of state and haven't been able to get there . The last few days they called and rescheduled her several times and then canceled her completely at the last minute with no consideration at all. This is an easy job I don't understand. She doesn't want them to make beds, she dusts the pictures. There's nothing to it for $139 you can't even show up! Now I have to be concerned about her trying to do this herself. Very unprofessional!

Used them for about 9 months. Horrible communication skills. Fernando never responds 80% of the time. And their digital assistant is as dumb as a brick.
They increased their prices from Jan 12th, they sent a message about the price increase. I was fine with the price increase. They were supposed to show up to clean my house today Jan 15th, but they did not show up. Apparently I was supposed to respond and say I am fine with the price increase. They should have indicated in their message that customers need to accept the new price increase. They can’t just cancel service. When I spoke to Fernando about it, he was very defensive. Fernando, fix the way you communicate, it will go a long way. When you make a mistake and you know you made a mistake don’t get defensive
