Awesome, awesome customer service. I have had them do service on my pool for a month and they have not done me wrong. I would 100% recommend there service to anyone looking for pool service. The staff is the most friendly, accommodating, problem solving folks I've come across with a company in many years. I did a lot of price comparison before I chose Pools N Beyond and I am so happy I chose them for all my repairs and services. KJ and Roy are AMAZING! They have my pool working better than it ever has in the 6 years I have lived in my home! Their repairs are always done the day they say it will be for the price they give you and they always clean up after themselves. My chemicals are always good, my pool is always clean, they text a service day reminder and to let you know that your service has been completed! Could not ask for harder working, more transparent, wonderful company to work with!
