I called to get a home cleaned for a client. I even called and had to reschedule. They were super accommodating, friendly and easy to communicate with! Plus the house was spotless! I am definitely going to be using them again!

The ladies came on time and started from the back of the Houston to the front. They work hard fast and were very efficient. Bathrooms, floors, windows, kitchen, dusting, even taking out the trash.
I had this done for my brother while he was out of town and he came back to day and when he called me he was so impressed.

After reading several positive reviews, we decided to switch over to Pristine. Every time we call them to clean our home, the team comes in time and does an excellent cleaning job. If you are looking for a house cleaning company in Las Vegas, you know who to call!

Team showed an hour after my call! I figured it was just to quote and then schedule. Not the case. They said we'll be back after a Home Depot trip and got started. The guys told me it would take 3-4 hours and we agreed on price. Unfortunately the job was a bit more difficult than first thought and ended up taking almost 7 hours. I was a bit worried throughout the process that they wouldn't honor the original quote. Didn't happen they honored the quote and all looks good. Did I mention they worked in the HOT HEAT! Would definitely hire them again.

I did a move out clean and completed the walk-through with my landlord today. They even made a comment on how well cleaned it was. The walls, appliances, floors, and bathrooms looked like when I had initially moved in and i'm really glad of that because now I get my deposit back! Very well done

Friendly, communicative and efficient! My floors SPARKLE. I’m new to the area and booked my move-in cleaning appointment super last minute before my moving truck arrived. Glad I don’t need to spend the next few months finding the right regular cleaners! I already found them! They swept and mopped my front entryway and dusted my AC vents before they left. Details matter and they didn’t cut corners. Thanks ladies!

Cleaning service was easy to schedule. Two ladies showed up to do cleaning at agreed time and did a great job. They also did a great job with carpet cleaning. I would use this company again in the future. Everything went very well.

Easy to reach on the phone, answered all my questions, and made it easy for me by booking the appointments online and over the phone. The cleaning ladies showed up half an hour early which was awesome. All I had to do was unlock the apartment for them and lock it back up when they finished. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

I’m moving out and needed a good & thorough cleaning. The arrival window I made an appointment for was 11Am-1pm... the two ladies Nahiely and Dayana showed up at 11:03am! They were very sweet, and brought all their own equipment with them. They did an AMAZING job. They cleaned my 4 bedroom 4 bathroom townhome I was renting. The kitchen especially looks brand new now. They even cleaned inside of the fridge, and cabinets. They made the oven look nice and pretty, and they actually lifted up the range on the stove and cleaned that super well too! The deal was great & I would highly recommend. Not only was it super easy to book a cleaning appointment, but because they were so nice and professional, I will definitely be hiring again in the future!

I had been using another cleaning service and had become dissatisfied with their work. I tried Pristine Cleaning and will continue to use them. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and the house was cleaned just as I like it. The prices are very reasonable for all the services that they offer.

hired Pristine Cleaning for a move out cleaning service for my Dad's apartment. I debated doing to cleaning myself, however, when shopping around for prices, Pristine cleaning was more than reasonable and had great reviews so I took a chance and I'm SO GLAD I did.

Our appointment was at 8 am on a Tuesday and at 4:50 pm on Monday, the apartment complex that we were moving out of decided to send an email saying the water will be cut off the next day at 9 am with less than 24hour notice. Knowing that water would be needed for cleaning, I texted Nikki who had sent the confirmation text in a panic. She responded immediately and was able to move us to 7 am without any charges.

The next day Jackie and Dafne did a FANTASTIC job on my Dad's dirty apartment over the next 2hours.

I was so pleased with the professionalism, price, customer service, and the overall experience with Pristine Cleaners, I will be hiring them for the new apartment!

I had a whole house move out clean, when scheduling online, a time frame and price were quoted. The ladies arrived on time, introduced themselves, did a quick walk about asking if I had any concerns or problem areas, very professional, very pleasant. hey said they could complete the job in the time frame quoted, but would call if finishing early. Everything I expected was done. I didn't have to follow up at all. Great service, great price, these ladies knew exactly how to get work done. I highly recommend this company.
