Refresh Pool Tile was a wonderful company to work with! Not only did they fix what they said they would, they went above and beyond to make my pool look better than when it was brand new! Dave and Eric communicated with us every step of the way and finished the job quicker than I could have hoped. I will definitely be recommending this company to my neighbors and friends!

I cannot stress how much I love Refresh Pool Tile and the service they provide!! Initially we had a "handyman" resurface our pool in 2021. All was well until we noticed the surface was slippery and a short time later began to peel really bad to the point we thought someone would get injured, which ended our summer early in 2022. We called for several estimates in the fall of that same year but postponed getting it done. At that time Refresh Pool was one of the estimates we received but my mom couldn't locate the paperwork we had written down the information. Fast forward to May of this year, I spoke with Sabrina who was extremely helpful and able to pull up our previous estimate. I then spoke with Troy(very nice) a day or so later who explained the price had gone up a little since the last estimate but nothing ridiculous. He was very detailed in explaining everything to me, even telling me I could text him with any questions, anytime. I did and he responded right away. Within days I had the contract and Eric(who my mother loves and treated her so nice)coming out to clean the tile of the pool. Time permitted for them to start the following week(when we were quoted that it could be later) and it was completed by the end of the week with David(another nice person who also treated my mom with such kindness and respect) coming out to look everything over and give instructions. This company goes above and beyond with their customer service, which I feel has been lacking in companies these days. I work in customer service and recognize great service when it is given. I will recommend this company to anyone I know with a pool!!! I cannot thank them enough!!

I recently had my pool drained, cleaned, and acid washed by refresh pool tile. David came out and gave me an estimate that seemed very fair to me. Then, the next week, Eric and Cameron came out to do the work. They were professional, friendly and courteous. When they were finished, my pool look beautiful and they left the pool area immaculate.
I highly recommend them!

This company was amazing. Worked with David and he was extremely professional and responsive. Price to re-do my cool deck, replace tile, repair my autofill and valve and acid wash was more than fair. My 26 year old pool looks brand new! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs repairs to their pool. You won't be disappointed.

DC head technician and 2 other techs completed entire tile replacement, auto fill install, acid wash, drain channel replacement, and protective coating install in less than 3 days. All work is excellent quality. All 3 technicians were polite, and pleasant to talk with. I would definitely use them again.

Had our pool drained, acid washed, and bead blasted. It took only 8 hours and our technician Eric did a great job. He explained the process beforehand, let us know how the job was progressing, and he cleaned the entire pool area before he left. Overall, great job!

Refresh Pool Tile came out and cleaned and drained my pool. They also fixed tiles and installed a salt system. From start to finish they were professional, punctual and did excellent work. My pool looks awesome just in time for the summer. John installed our salt systems and explained thoroughly how to work it. Really love our pool! Thanks so much!

What can I say. Got 3 different quotes. All were in the ballpark of each other. But I decided to go with Refresh and what can I say. Excellent service. From the estimate to scheduling to the actual work. Everything was first class .Professional and did a great job,I would most definitely recommend them to others and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Keep up the great work.

Sharing the before and after, David Cortez did an amazing job on my pool, I absolutely love the finished results of the re-tile and so glad I finally pulled the trigger and had this completed.

Our experience with Refresh Pool Tile was outstanding! We had all our pool tile bead blasted and Eric did a FANTASTIC job. He explained exactly what he was going to do, how long it was going to take and as I checked in with him throughout the process he continued to show me what he was doing. It was very clear he takes a ton of pride in his work and the results show it. Our tiles look as good as new! I will definitely use Refresh Pool Tile again and will specifically request Eric to keep my pool tiles sparkling!

Refresh Pool and Tile did an outstanding job on my pool. I had to have my pool replastered and I decided to replace the tile at the same time. Everyone of the employees who worked on different segments of the job were professional, polite and extremely hard working. A special shoutout to Cameron, David and Mario who worked on replacing the tile and to Jeff Miller who was the first person I talked to when I decided to use this company and was always available whenever I had any questions. Booked tile replacement proposal to replace our Jacuzzi pool tile. David came out on time within a few days, surveyed my pool, and had me an email proposal within the hour. I placed deposit online through the digital proposal, went out to Aquabella showroom to pick out my tile and grout. Free tile samples were included from the showroom which was great to lay against existing pool tile. Emailed Refresh Pool Tile with our tile choices and we got on their schedule the next business day. Original install date was about five weeks out, but I asked, if a slot opens up, to come out early WHICH THEY DID! Crew came out fours weeks early and knocked out the work in two day. Pool looks great! Crew did a few other tasks not in scope like caulking an existing gap in main pool transition, smoothing down a pre-existing patch repair in the pool. None of which I asked for, but they went above and beyond, having a really high level of detail, working as if this was their own pool. Thanks again and I highly recommend this group for tile replacement/install. Great experience!

We used Refresh Pool Tile to drain the pool, clean the tile and stone (removing the calcium buildup), repair the grout where needed on the tile, seal the tile and stone, acid wash the pool and spa floor and apply the microglass plaster densifier, and apply a borate treatment to the water once the pool is filled and the regular pool chemicals added (this last step is not yet done as of the writing of this review as we are still filling the pool). They have done an outstanding job and everything looks great. Jeff Miller first assessed our needs and quoted the project, and was very helpful, clear, and knowledgeable. David Cortez lead the execution of the project and provided the fantastic results achieved. He also was quite knowledgeable and friendly, and provided excellent communication along the way so we knew what to expect and when.

Our pool is a year old and with the water we had calcium build up on our spill ways and waterline. Scheduling was quick and easy. Today Eric showed up to do the work and wow it came out amazing. He was super knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He’s our guy for anything we need here on out!

Refresh Tile was great. We needed pool tile replaced. Sabrina was great at setting the schedule. Jeff gave us a visit and gave a quote. The best part was the install itself.

Refresh Pool provided exceptional service in the renovation project of my pool replacing the plaster and tiles. Jeff’s accurate estimate was first, he was very thorough and provided options and explained the situation so we could pick the right choice for us, Sabrina’s efficient scheduling and invoicing was great and we were able to setup the dates very accurately, the professionalism of the crews who got the various parts of the project done were all commendable on time and correctly done, and then it was David effectively managing the entire project, conducted thorough inspections to ensure accuracy, and provided clear guidance throughout the process. The final inspection and restarting with David were straight forward and easy to follow. The prompt responses to inquiries via text and phone calls were a significant advantage with everyone. The biggest part if there was an issue they were able to resolve it promptly and accurately including a couple of change orders as it happens during a project like this one. Overall, Collaborating with Refresh Pool from conception to completion was a gratifying experience, and I now have a visually stunning pool that I can enjoy for many years to come.
