The price was much less than we anticipated, their representative (Rosario) knew what he was doing, worked hard from the moment he entered our home and kept us informed throughout the process. We will be repeat customers and have recommended them to our neighbors and friends, all of whom were just as impressed with their good service, professionalism and value.

That Extra Touch did a fabulous job of cleaning our couches. We have been using them for over twenty years to clean our carpets, rugs and furniture. I highly recommend them.

This company was recommended to us and I am really glad I followed the recommendation. They did an excellent job of cleaning my 50 year old, all wool, machine made oriental rug. Not only that, they were very professional and accommodating. I had this rug cleaned a few years ago and wrapped for future use and didn’t check it and was not pleased with the result so, this time, I asked to view the rug when they finished. They opened it up for me at their facility and I was very pleased with both their willingness to do so and the quality of their work.
