Called last minute and was quoted $99 to clean a couch and a love seat.  They explained that the $99 was a minimum fee to come to the house, and that a couch and love seat didn’t reach this threshold, so we might as well toss in some “rugs/drapes, mattress or vehicle”.  I found it very genuine, as they could have just charged us the minimum for the couch and not offered the extra work at the same price. Showed up same day and did a wonderful  job. Floreo(?) was friendly and took his time. GOODBYE DOG HAIR!

My partner and I just purchased a house built in the 60’s. I get the feeling the tile and grout haven’t been worked on… since the 60’s! It’s always in good practice to under promise and over deliver. That is exactly what extreme did. To put it briefly, thank you for saving us the cost of replacement, bathrooms and kitchen look like home again

Absolute! Miracle! workers! Tenants at our rental did a real number on the carpets and tiles, we were looking at full replacement. To be frank, they will never look new again. I watched extreme scrub and scrub with several different chemicals and tools. They worked their butts off and got our floors looking far better than we had hoped possible! We own several rentals and will be using extreme for them in the future. Save yourself the call around headache and just use these guys.

We used Xtreme Cleaning last year, when moving out of our rental.  Happy to finally see them on yelp.  Angel was smooth and methodical in his cleaning. It was a easy experience, they were available on short notice.  It was easy to schedule the appointment and their pricing was the best quote I got, particularly considering they refuse to do mark ups for deep stains!  Will definitely use and recommend Xtreme again.
