I has a mini split ac unit installed. They did a wonderful job, and cleaned up after themselves.
This company was the only one that said the compressor could be put in the back instead of in the front yard. The were the most reasonably priced.

Mike did a thorough inspection of my heating system and took the time to explain in detail the functions of all the components involved. I am now aware of what I'm working with and what to expect in the future. I'm very pleased with his service.

I got two great services from Express Home Services recently.
1. My front Heat-Pump/Air-Conditioner unit was out on Sunday afternoon. I called and requested Patrick McAuliffe to fixed it on Monday morning. It’s not urgent because my back unit was working well. I was very surprised when he came in and directly checked the Heat Pump in my garage instead of the Air Conditioner in my backyard. He told me that the entire unit was shut off automatically by SAFE-T-SWITCH due to the piled-up water under the switch. When the water was sucked out and the Air Conditioner was on.
To solve the same problem happening again, he went to my front yard and back yard to check, but he couldn’t find where the water went out. He cut a small square hole on the box under the Heat Pump and found out the water was going down to the ground. Then he shortened the vertical water pipe and forced two horizontal pipes tilted down a little bit, such that the water will flow out smoothly. (Sorry, I don’t know how to attach the photos this time.)
Afterwards, he and Express sent Jaime Diaz from Superior Paint & Drywall to repair the small square hole. This honest man refused to accept my payment because he was under contract with Express and Express would pay him.
2. Joey Paratore came to maintain my plumbing system. The electric water heater from 2009 was flushed thoroughly. He didn’t replace the rod (very expensive) as other companies used to do, because the rod was in good condition due to no water softener used in my house (from his experience). He answered my plumbing questions and gave me some advices. After I requested, he also gave me the estimates of replacing the electric water heater and some corrosion-buildup valves repair/replacement.
I greatly appreciate these experience and honest gentlemen and their wonderful services.
By the way, all of the above serves are free of charge because I have the Express membership.

Lu did a great job getting our tankless water heater running again. Worked with my schedule to get the job done very much appreciated. Will use Express Home Services again.

Partick was very thorough and informative. He is the first technician to have this type of detail and experience that we have had in Henderson. We would highly recommend him and his company for your heat, air, and plumbing needs.

Luis provided excellent service, checking all aspects of our plumbing for our annual plumbing checkup. He provided necessary information and recommendations. Overall, an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Express Home Services.

We found out a week and a half ago we have a small leak on our main line and would have to have a completely new line put in. Joey came out on the 5th got me a quote and was able to start the next week. We had to finish as we were in a time crunch and he stayed and made sure it was done beautifully and had us finished and up and running in 3 days. Amazing job and attitude. 5 stars all the way!!!

Lu came to take a look at our tankless water heater. He was so knowledgeable, honest and gave us more than enough information on how to go about fixing our water heater. Will definitely be in touch with Express Home Services from now on!

Express Home Services and Lu were absolutely amazing!! The quick turn around time, along with the honesty and transparency was top notch. I’m truly thankful for their services, especially it being so close to Christmas. I greatly appreciate them and 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Joey was our technician, and he was super friendly and professional. Both sinks in the master bath were draining slow. After cleaning out the p-traps and pipes, both sinks were running and draining perfectly. Thanks for such a great job!

Lou was a very excellent technician who serviced our hot water tank. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions and concerns we had. Best technician that was every sent to us and he will be with company for a long time.

Joseph “Joey” was so helpful. He could have charged me a high price to try resetting my toilet to solve a mystery smell problem. Instead he got on his hands and knees and cleaned all the outside parts of my toilet and vacuumed out the tank. He also investigated the tub drain and had me put baking soda and vinegar in it. He was thorough and suggested waiting to replace wax ring until we change out toilet to save money. I would use this company again in a heart beat!

Patrick did a regular inspection of our furnaces he was very informative and personable.
Terrell performed an electrical inspection and replaced several outlets. He also was very pleasant and efficient.
I've subscribed to Home Express for several years now and have always been happy with their service.

Incredible company! I had a membership that expired a year ago, but because I didn’t get a utilize my membership as much as I wanted, they ended up waving inspections. On top of it, I had the technician I met over a year ago come out he remembered me and made me feel so comfortable! Express home services does a great job! Worth every penny.

We pay a small fee monthly for 4 inspections per year. Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and lastly Air conditioning. Our plumbing inspection eliminated several issues that would probably need addressing. We chose to repair these issues and add an additional project that they provided a fair estimate. Again we are pleased with the results and have every confidence in the workmanship Luis Yambo provided. They may not be the cheapest price for every project but their quality AND consistency keeps us happy.

I needed to have my water heater drained and taken to the curb. Joe was fast and efficient. I'm very satisfied. Great Job !! I would recommend Express Home Services to anyone who wants good expertise at a fair price!!

Had a great experience with Cristian. He was able to diagnose the problem with my outdoor lighting wiring and provide top tier customer service. Even gave me tips on tools that are beneficial to homeowners.

Patrick was very friendly, spent lots of time with us discussing all of our options the day before and the day of our repairs he and his partner were fast and efficient. I couldn’t recommend Express Home Services enough. Fantastic service as always
