Dont you just like going to a place where they attend u , make u feel welcomed, wanted, greeted, help you, have the parts you need? Make u feel like your ahuman , they ARE HUMAN TOO! Not machines and not just another number.
Never in all me years have i given 5stars,!! But one other location which is a Restaurant... at most I personally always give 4STARS, at most ,Bcuz good service&materials come and go .. like people. People change. Simple changes can make or break a company, in my opinion.
This was/is that one exception found to be tru to its Game. In and out in less then 5min.. oh my!! I see a long future with this place and Team. Thanks Guys.

Of course my A/C capacitor when out on a Sunday! Looked all over the place and found Frosty's => Open on Sundays!! Daniel & Team gave me knowledgeable, expert and friendly advice. Would definitely come back again!!! Thank you. 👍👍

You guys saved the day for us. Late on a Sunday, with a 3-month old at home, you made sure I had the parts and knowledge I needed to get us up and running. The team was willing to spend time educating me on what to look for, next steps, etc. Highly recommended.

We’ve been using Snow Frosty for the past 15 years and would never use another company for HVAC repair. They are knowledgeable trustworthy and always come out quickly! Even in the summertime. Highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC repair.

The water heater in my mid rise condo died. There was some complications with the owner and property management company but they settled on Snow Frosty and I'm glad they did. Daniel who answers the phone is empathetic and does what he says as well as is pleasant to talk with. I prefer to talk to humans rather than robots and apps. After 3 weeks without hot water, boiling water to do dishes and take baths, Daniel made an appointment for me at 8am. The techs were at my place at 7am and a 3rd tech showed up later with the new water heater and by 9am they were leaving with the old broken water heater. Not only did they do what they said they'd do, they went above and beyond. A+.

When our condenser fan motor failed, my wife found this local business and we decided to give them a call. To our surprise, they had a similar matching motor for our unit in stock! We visited their shop, and the customer service was exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. As this was our first DIY repair, they provided valuable advice and even took the time to answer a few follow-up questions after our purchase. Our experience with this business has been outstanding. They need to update their hours because it says they are open 7 days a week, but they are closed on Sunday, and I drove over an hour to get a part only to find the place locked.

My air has been out for over 31/2 weeks and they keep saying it is the manufacturer hasn’t sent the part and that there is nothing they can do? 8,000.00 for a new unit that was out in last year and under warranty and there not STANDING behind what they sell. DONT USE THIS COMPANY they RIP you off and don’t try to make it right.
