My heater went out and my home warranty sent Hollywood Air. Alexander was assigned to come to my home, he was on time, very polite and in a matter of minutes he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Thank you so much, you are great, Alexander!

Stephon was very pleasant and professional. He explained what they look for and what they do and then proceeded to check out my heater. When he came out of the attic he showed me pictures of what he had done. Thank you so much!

They were great. Showed up on time and got the job done in a timely fashion. I needed two new smart thermostats installed. The did both and made sure the units were running before the left. Very happy.

Pricing was fair and under what others had quoted. We had two 3ton units installed amd they did it within a day. Highly recommend.

It took 3 tries, but the problem was resolved. Igor was professional and was able to get our AC working in our Master Bedroom after 2 years (tried to get it fixed 2 years ago but it failed). The office was responsive, friendly and gave me a call to let me know when they will arrive since they were late the first 2 times. Happy customer!

These guys are life savers! Our central air was not cooling the house and I I reach out to AHC for help. They sent out Hollywood and their service tech Alexander the very next day. He quickly diagnosed a faulty part, had it on hand and repaired. We are back to being cool and with two little ones it was imperative to get this done quick! Hollywood Air called me back right away, we set our appointment the same day. Alexander showed up in the allotted window of time. He was so nice. He did his job quickly and we were back to having cool air in no time.

Last night my tenant reported that AC in the house is not cooling. I immediately filed a claim with my warranty company. Hollywood Air was assigned. This morning the appointment was set for this afternoon for service. When I called my Tenant she was happy to inform that AC is now working and added that Hollywood Air Tech was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I am sincerely pleased with their timeliness, knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

I called Sunday night for a repair and Monday night They were out and fixed the system in 20 minutes. It was an easy and smooth process and the gentleman was very kind and got the work done quickly. I would absolutely use this company again!

As a maintenance supervisor it was a pleasure watching this young man take pride in his work and go the extra mile putting everything back nice and neat and his customer service was outstanding he was patient and very friendly and answered all my questions most of all smiled whole time as he replaced my fan motor with no attitude better hang on to that guy cause he is a rare find thank you would highly recommend this outfit 10 star service.

I submitted a service request through my home warranty on Sunday night. By 9:00 a.m. Monday morning, I was contacted by Hollywood Air and service was scheduled for that evening. Considering it was 113 degrees and my upstairs ac was not cooling, I was very thankful. Alexander arrived right on time. He was professional, polite and had the ac running in less than one hour. I highly recommend Hollywood Air.

Best service and repair out of every contractor I have worked with. Everyone was very helpful and the work was top notch. They are so knowledgeable and they respond to everything so quickly. Having your AC go out in the summer is already stressful for everyone. I can honestly say Hollywood Air does everything they can to make it less painful. They are patient and communicative which you should also be. I'm really glad I found this company.

They came out after I contacted American Home Shield for an AC unit issue. I got a call by a nice woman saying they could come out within 2 days between 8 am - noon on a Saturday. The man was on time very soon after 8 am and fixed the issue quickly (fuse was out). Great, prompt service!

Excellent customer service, they followed up to ensure I was happy with the installation and that the new AC was working properly. Professional and knowledgeable - Highly recommend.

Wasn't notified they were coming ahead of time, showed up for "maintenance inspection" mentioned heat didn't seem to be working... been a month, heat still not working...

*Update*
They called me within 10 minutes of posting the above review and scheduled someone out to look at the heat.

The guy that came out didn't know English well but was great. He was able to get the heat working right away.

The issue was my newer AC unit doesn't like my Auto setting on my thermostat... which is weird... since you'd think it would be a better unit then the 20 year old one it replaced..... have to select either Cold or Hot, but that'd doable and glad it is working now.

I did want to add one note though: The newer AC they installed was more power hungry then my previous, and kept blowing out my electrical panel. Even though it has less features and to be honest does not work as well as the previous one that blew out did. I ended up having to replace my electrical panel and I'd wished they'd taken that into account when installing the new unit.

She deserves a promotion, a raise, the works. She went out of her way to help me on a busy Monday afternoon. It’s hot as hell, people are grumpy, people are probably yelling at her because their air conditioner is not working. And she was very patient, she took the time, put me on hold and went to go make arrangements so that our air conditioner can get fixed tomorrow. Highly recommend highly appreciate.
