I hired JTB Landscapers a few months ago expecting it to take weeks for my service to get done but instead it seemed like he had his whole crew out there I was surprised by the amount of professionalism and attention to detail they put into their work thank you so much JTB for all of your hard work.

We called JTB on a whim. We are glad we did. Michael understood what our needs are. He provided us with ways to cut down on the cost. We are extremely satisfied with the end product. The crew was very professional and they paid attention to the details.

The first time I came across JTB, I got several bids for a large front yard overhaul. Unfortunately, I went with the cheapest option that was NOT JTB. You always get what you pay for! They screwed it up and I had to call JTB to fix it.

JTB Landscapers has provided my family and me with excellent service. John the owner is always friendly, courteous, and responsive to my concerns. He completed the project in a timely and efficient manner and I was more than satisfied with the results.

I should have gone with JTB to begin with and from this point on, I will always call them first.

To start off to get a consultation was easy. They are available a good portion of the day. Every homeowner needs to be present at consultation. Which is smart, but I thought my wife is making all the decisions, I dont need to be there. Mistaken. My input was crucial what they missed. Second minimum 5000.00 project. They came over and we set a plan. 50% down 50% when project is done. They landscaped the whole backyard in 2 days. Very professional. My neighbors even said all the workers were professional and nice. Family owned business. They cleaned everything up. Even power washed the street. Hoa would be impressed, in and out at no time flat. Highly recommend. You pay what you get. Not a cheap company and they use high quality products. Support a family owned business in las vegas.

We decided to call JTB Landscapers because we received a card on our door, after we contacted a couple of other landscapers and weren’t happy with them. Kyle showed up promptly at our appointment time, we only told him we wanted a patio, walkway, and an area for our spa we ordered, we asked him his thoughts on the rest of the yard. We didn’t tell him what my husband and I discussed to see his insight on what he would do. My husband and I wanted our yard to be a backyard oasis, because of my lupus and blood clotting disorder I’m not able to travel, so we wanted it to be a place to go and unwind! When Kyle started telling us his ideas, my eyes opened wide, it was like he read my mind! My husband and I are so picky, real, real picky and what he designed and what Kyle, Slade, and their crew provided was amazing and we are extremely happy with it. They are prompt, they communicate with you daily to make sure you are happy with what has been done each day! I would definitely recommend them!! Photos to follow!!!!

This company exceeded our expectations in every way. We paid less than we expected, they were done sooner than we expected, and the final product was better than we imagined it could be. Communication was top notch and the crew was very flexible to on the spot changes to the design. Follow up has also been very good. They don't leave any loose ends and go above and beyond to ensure full satisfaction with the work they've done. Highly recommended.

I met with Kyle at JBT Landscaping and I needed work done in my backyard to finish up my landscaping that I had started. I also needed to address some issues in my front yard. I needed lighting both in the front and backyard. I met and picked out all the shrubbery with Kyle. I was surprised that Kyle was ready to go that Thursday morning and he said it would only take one day. Thursday morning at 6am sharp, nine (9) workers and a supervisor showed up. It was an amazing experience dealing with them. I'm very specific with my needs. They listened and followed up with everything I asked of them that day. Their equipment is amazing and up to date and everyone I dealt with had a special trade. Their attention to detail was spot on. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with everything that they did. Thanks again for your hard work and professionalism.

I was so happy that I picked JTB for my back yard landscaping project! I compared different companies and JTB was the best in terms of price, design, completion quality, speed and timeline! They had a large crew and lots of equipment and got the project done in just 3 days! Simply amazing! All crew members were friendly and professional. Excellent company! Highly recommended!!!

JTB did a fantastic job on my backyard. From getting a quote with Kyle to finished product was only two weeks and the quality was spectacular. I couldn’t be happier. Everyone we dealt with were super friendly, helpful, and collaborative.

James, the crew lead, was great in offering up suggestions and creative solutions when he felt a design decision we had made might not add to the execution of our vision. His suggestions really made all the difference in making sure we got exactly what we had envisioned in our heads.

The whole team was also very responsive as we made minor design tweaks along the way which we really appreciated.

Would recommend JTB to anyone that needs their landscaping done.

Beautiful backyard in just 4 days.
I highly recommend JTB. No lengthy delays on getting estimates and large work crews ensure that work is done timely and right. I couldn't be more pleased with my backyard. Kyle is wonderful to work with and has vision so that you don't get a cookie cutter backyard.

I had three different companies come to my home for landscaping estimates after our pool installation. JTB had an immediate vision for my backyard and completely transformed it in two weeks. I cannot say how happy we are, feels like we have a Resort in the backyard. Do not hesitate to use this company, I will use them in the future for any landscaping we have.

My first impression and experience was today and the other reviews listed on Google are correct. I explained the job and what was needed to complete it along with referencing to other reviews online about them mentioning a $5,000 minimum. Jody said that yes there is the $5,000 minimum and that most of their jobs are from $5,000 to $10,000. I was a bit disappointed that my project was not taken due to the fact that I was a smaller project.

As a business, they can do what they like. I'm not sure if I feel bad for the business owner. I'm writing this review to share my feedback from someone that looked for a landscaper online, read the reviews, still called and got told the same thing. Maybe the business should update your website that says that there is a minimum project order so people won't waste their time.

I paid JTB $60,000.00 in full for their services per the contract to renovate my backyard.
JTB deliberately did not pay SITE ONE (the material provider) knowing full well that they would seek payment by putting a lien on my property, which they did in the amount above $15,000.00.
SITE ONE had mailed me a PRE LEIN notice when the work began on my property. When I asked JTB about the lein they assured me it was common practice and not to worry about it. I have emails, texts and recorded conversations with them confirming this.
I have no reason to believe JTB had any intention of paying the materials supplier. All of my phone calls, texts and emails were responded with LIES from Jon, Walter and Yessinia or just not responded to at all.
I believe the only reason JTB paid SITE ONE is the fact that SITE ONE had the means to hire an attorney and sue JTB for the money owed to them. Also, I am not the only JTB client that they treated like this. You can read multiple YELP, FACEBOOK and GOOGLE reviews with people complaining about the same situation.
JTB is the type of contractors people warn you about. Completely dishonest with no empathy for their clients. Hard to believe they are still in business and still have a contractors license.
One other thing I would like to mention is that prior to the job being finished, the owner Jon came to my property to collect payment. When I pointed out the jobs that needed completion he told me I was nitpicking, became angry, cursed at me and also threatened to "punch my teeth out" I have iPhone and Ring camera videos to prove it.

Too high to say they can’t even do a drawing. Can write a. Estimate

They made an appointment for the morning and never showed up or called. Definitely would not recommend this company for any work.

Crooks. Took our money and several others to install pools and landscaping
