I took the time to read the reviews of this company before calling them to find my water leak. Everyone raved about Nelson and the great job he did for them. I phoned and asked if Nelson was still employed there and when they confirmed he was, I set up an appointment to have my property diagnosed. They sent Nelson within a couple of hours. He was every bit as professional as others had reported. He had specialty leak diagnostic electronic equipment and worked hard to locate our leak. He was an excellent troubleshooter and very experienced in this field. Polite and professional and found the leak in a reasonable time. Couldn't have been happier with the service.

Nelson Andrade is a real gentleman, he came out and looked at our situation and gave me sound advice. He wasn't interested in charging me money until he knew the problem. He very well could have done any number of things to rack up a bill, but instead he's interested in relationships and return customers.

World class guy building a business the right way. I appreciate that and will write a review for it even though I'm not usually one to do so.

I found a leak on my property so I called these guys to repair it for me. It took a few days for them to finally show up and take a look which was late on a Saturday evening. They said didn't have what they needed to do the repair, so they would come back on Monday. After Monday came and went, I made several attempts to try to reschedule, but I got one excuse after another. After days of feeling blown off by this company, I ended up calling another plumbing service and getting it taken care of. Would not recommend these guys.
