The gentlemen who came to my house were very efficient and friendly. They answered all of my questions and insured they'd take care of everything. Kevin and Oscar are very professional and gave me reassurance especially during these tough times that they'd go above and beyond to get the job done ! I recommend this company and especially those two gentlemen for assistance.

I used Allstate through my home warranty and david was excellent! He came and realized we needed a small snake to snake our bath tub and he didn't have one, so he got permission from the company to go to the local hardware shop to go buy one for his van, he went quickly and came back and got the job done :-) David is very personable and let my 4 year old watch him work. THANK YOU DAVID!!

Roberto was my plumber, he showed on time, and completed the job quickly and professionally. He made sure I understood what was wrong and how he was going to correct it. He also followed COVID19 guidance by kepting a safe distance, minimized touching of surfaces in my house and wore a face mask the whole time.
This was my first time using Allstate Service Group. I was happy with the service and price.

I don't often give a 5 star review, but this one is well earned. Allstate sent someone out to fix our AC unit within an hour of the initial call. The tech, Justis, was polite, knowledgeable, and fixed our AC unit within an hour. Justis knew what was wrong with our unit as soon as I told him what was happening, he wore booties on the carpet, and he took the time to explain the repair once it was done. Thank you!!!

Allstate Service Group does all of our commercial plumbing. They are thoughtful estimators and good communicators. Pricing and billing procedures are fair and transparent. Their plumbers are professional and tidy. I highly recommend them.

Very 😊 happy. Drain clog and they came out in just over an hour. Great work, fixed the drain so it works better than ever before. Ran the auger over 30 feet in the drain pipe. All clear now.

Roberto came and installed a few shutoff valves for me and was an absolute professional. Knew his stuff and helped me diagnose another problem I was having while he was here. Additionally, the he had installed had a pinhole leak (much to BOTH of our surprise!), and he was back out here at 8pm making it right. Great company, great employee, definitely how business should be done: 5 stars.

We needed a full system replacement, and Allstate put together an amazing deal to replace BOTH our aging heat pumps. They were willing to come out quickly, and got the job done fast. With two brand new systems, we are a little sad we probably won't have to call them for several years.

Technician Vlad is a pro and seasoned plumber. He was on time to both appointments and very cordial. He also explained the basic patiently.

The water softener was installed and configured. Plus, I’ve hired Allstate Service Group to provide maintenance on the a/c units.

This is the second time Allstate has be sent to service my home for a different problem from Landmark home warranty . David my service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Super nice person. Thanks again David the water heater works great.

The two men sent to check my water heater were prompt and efficient. They were also very courteous and tried to cause me as little inconvenience as possible. There was a problem with the water later that evening as they came back as soon as they could and corrected. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber.

Had a condensation leak in my HVAC. Shaun was my service guy and came out the same day ahead of my scheduled service. Excellent work and service, he answered all my questions. Definitely would use Allstate again in the future. Job well done!

Stephen was dispatched and he was able to come earlier than scheduled which was a great help for me. My a/c was leaking and started going into the drywall, he replaced the P-Trap explaining to me every step of the way what he was doing. The job was done in an acceptable manner, timely, professionally, and cleaned up afterwards. I was contacted of his arrival and I would use this company again.

I had really good experiences with this company..... from the first call to Kim, to the service call with Grant, everybody was very efficient and courteous. I had water heater problems on a Sunday and they were here today on Monday to get it taken care of. I highly recommend this company.

Our technician, Johnathan, was exceptionally talented. He performed the install efficiently and quickly. We had a 95 year old woman that was sleeping in the adjacent bedroom and she was never disturbed dispute the fact that he had to break one of the floor bolts and the toilet in order to remove it. I give him 10 stars and highly recommend them.

Update: so early this am, with family visiting, my disposal quit. Many thanks to Aziz, and all the team for making certain my family enjoyed lunch on clean dishes!!! I can't say too many good things about Allstate Service Group!

Water heater stopped heating and they came out next day (filed claim with warranty company) . Of course it was over a holiday weekend and a part need to be ordered but thankfully the Vegas heat had a nice amount of warm water in the tank to manage a few days. The company kept us informed and the tech squeezed us in after hours the same day if getting the part. Yay! Technician was professional, courteous, friendly and timely.

I have used Allstate's service twice, so far, and plan on using them again should the need arise. I first learned of them when I bought a garbage disposal and they were the contracted company who arrived to do the installation. I was happy enough with that quick and simple experience that when it came time to do a new toilet installation I simply called them directly. I received a quick turn around response time for both my email and phone messages. I was given a quote up front and that is how the quote remained through completion of the installation, as no serious hiccups or issues arised during either install. The technicians were very nice, professional, and quick.

After 2 companies confirmed a faulty Pressure Regulating Valve, I liked that Allstate Service Group provided an estimate on Yelp without having to schedule another service call.
I hired them based upon previous experience with the company, price & positive Yelp reviews. My appt was confirmed & I received notice their technician, Krassimir, was on his way. Krassimir was on time, professional & answered all of our questions.
