Doug was absolutely awesome in servicing our tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable about his craft, and he was able to diagnose and fix our problem very efficiently. We will definitely look to DMS plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs.

I was referred to Doug by a family member and he came out the same day I called. Was super friendly and was able to fix my plumbing issues very quickly. Highly recommend.

Great service and great people. Christine scheduled my appointment and even moved it up closer to accommodate. She was very helpful over the phone. The tech that showed up to fixed my clogged dishwasher was Jose Arias. He was extremely professional and offered a lot of advice is preventative plumbing. I don't know the other techs, but i would recommend DMS plumbing and Jose Arias.

DMS Plumbing was a life saver! Our water leaked the night before and I called their emergency hotline and they were there with a replacement water heater by 8:15 am the next day. Ask for Doug, he’s amazing, honest, kind and so helpful!

After having a plumber quote me 7, 500 to fix a clog and taking $80 for just showing up. I decided to get a secong opinion. And I am so happy I called DMS. Not only did Doug work with me on the price. He fixed the problem and made sure to check everything before he left. I am so grateful. It's so hard to find honest people. DMS set me up with an appointment right away, even though it was the weekend. No extra charges for a weekend trip, no hidden fees. They sent Doug who is the most knowledgable, friendliest plumber I have met. He fixed my kitchen faucet and valve during that visit. It is perfect. I will never go anywhere else again!!!

Doug showed up , promptly, and was very pleasant , gave me the estimate and came back the next day and did the work. I am very happy with the work that was done, and happy with how friendly and nice both Doug and his helper were. They even cleaned up everything. I will recommend DMS Plumbling.

Contacted DMS and had Doug and Fernando come out a fix some issues with the outside plumbing and main shutoff valve. Doug was very helpful and came back to fix these. Couldn't be happier with the service and will use them again.

Shawna is one of the best people that I have spoke to over the phone with this company. She always makes me laugh and is accurate with the timing. Eddie is also one of the guys that I prefer to service our property especially because you can tell that he actually cares.

Doug is awesome. We highly recommend DMS plumbing hands down. He was personable, very honest, responded right away and got he work done fast and efficiently. Our water heater now looks perfect, even better than before.

DMS Plumbing was great for us. Our water heater went out on a Sunday and I was sure we'd end up waiting until at least Monday for it to be fixed. Nope! Within an hour we had a tech out who was friendly and professional. He replaced out the water heater and provided an estimate for a water filtration system to replace our old water softener. We were so impressed with the company that we opted to go with it. By Tuesday the work was completed and cleaned up. We are very pleased and will definitely recommend DMS wholeheartedly!

Great company to have check on a plumbing issue. Setting up an appointment was easy and the technician, Doug, quickly found the issue I was having. Doug was very informative on what could be the issue and provided insight on how he will diagnose the plumbing issue. Will call them next time I have an issue. They also provide other services.

Yesterday, I called Doug of DMS Plumbing, LLC. (based on a friend's recommendation) when I awakened to a water heater leaking in my garage.

Doug was able to diagnose the problem from texted photos and was at my home with a replacement in just a couple hours! Doug provided a level of service which I had thought was a thing of the past.

He was efficient, very reasonably priced and he had one other important trait (which we all hope for when we have to call someone for service) - he clearly knew what he was doing! No added-on unexpected charges, no selling new parts when the existing ones were safe to reuse, none of the typical infuriating stuff that we've grown accustomed to facing.

Doug shared his considerable knowledge freely and answered my questions without deceit and without hesitation.

Doug is a gentleman and it was a pleasure to talk with him while he worked his magic.
