This company is old school , they know what their doing and they get down to business. NO BS. They just get it done ! And they do it RIGHT!

These guys are great. Reasonably priced... I've had them out several times for clogged toilets from Gpa flushing things he's not supposed to...

Although they're busy, usually I can get same day service. Highly recommend.

This is the only plumbing company I will ever use! Our sewer line needed to be snaked, and I thought we 'd have to wait a day or two for them to come out. They came out in a couple of hours! Used them about a year and a half ago, and am highly satisfied with them! Won't trust anyone else!

I had a clog in what I thought was my toilet. I called Elliott's and within 45 minutes they came. After looking at a very briefly the tech was able to figure out that it wasn't even the toilet but it was actually the main sewer line. He was able to fix the issue all while showing me exactly what he was doing when I told him I wanted to learn. He was in and out within maybe 30 or 40 minutes. Extremely professional and kind. Also the best thing was that there was no hidden fees or anything. Total was $107 to unclog my main sewer line. Fantastic service. While I'm hoping that I will never NEED them again, if something ever does happen, they will be my first call.

Robert with Elliott’s Sewer & Drain really impressed me with his professionalism & the example he sets for his Team. He wanted to better understand & remedy our situation and took the time to explain/ address every detail. This was my 3rd round of dealing with local plumbers and Elliot’s was much better than much better (pun intended). Robert also brought an additional team member named Mo/ Mesate (hopefully I’m close) the gentleman left the bathroom and shower in better condition than any of the previous plumbers had left it. World class service all around and I’m so thankful for their care, professional, honesty and service.

They were quick and friendly. The price quoted was the actual price! Christopher was calm and very professional. They only do drain and sewer work so they don't seem to be trying to sell any additional services.
They said it comes with a 30-day warranty on the clog but I think they got it on the first try. I recommend them after calling around town. They were actually referred to me by a plumber as he said they specialize in drain and sewer lines.

It's 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday night and Johnny from Elliott's Sewer & Drain just finished clearing up my Sewer line. It's only been 3 hrs. since my initial call and within that time my sewer line is cleared and ready for use again. Johnny is a very professional person who knows his job well and does it with expertise. I asked for extra cards as you can be sure I will be telling all about the great service AND reasonable price I received even for weekend night service.

Terrible service!

It’s a scam! Demanding to pay again for after a poor, effortless, satisfactory job they were supposed complete two weeks prior.

Make sure you ask them for pricing BEFORE thety do any type of work. Been using them for years, but on the last job they charged me nearly $1000 for less than 2 hours of diagnosis work. They also charged me for something they were never able to repair. It's a win win business for them, because once they send someone out, they'll charge you whether they fix a problem or not. Beyond disappointed, will NEVER call them again.

I was not pleased by your company’s price of $1850 for changing a valve cartridge for my shower faucet, he wanted to instead switch out my entire valve pipe and make a hole through the wall, so I decided to call another plumbing company, they came and did it much simpler and only charged $350 just to replace the cartridge and not even touch the wall. This seems like someone wanted to reap the rewards of an elderly gentlemen, I will not be buying from you guys again.

I called this company thinking they were a plumbing service. I explained to dispatch that my kitchen sink was leaking and backed up. They assured me someone would be there within the hour, which they were, but the technician showed up saying he was told it was a toilet issue. Once I clarified, he got the supplies and cleared the drain, but when I asked him to address the leak, he said, “I don’t do that,” and told me I’d need a repair plumber for that and the drain vent.

He claimed the leak was fixed, but it wasn’t. I was shocked to find out this company only clears drains and doesn’t actually repair plumbing, even though I clearly explained my problem to dispatch. No one disclosed that they wouldn’t be able to handle leaky pipes.

I feel like I wasted money on a service I didn’t actually need. If a licensed plumber had been sent, they would have replaced the visibly damaged seals instead of just clearing the drain. I paid for the service, but this is not how you do business. Dispatch and technicians need to be upfront about what they can and cannot do and give customers the choice before completing unnecessary work.

I will not recommend this company and have reported my experience to my building management, as this vendor was not transparent.
