Had rerouting service couple days ago due to slap leak. Pat came in and did all the work, definitely an expert! Neat precise and adept, very nice person and very clean work, even explained me how slap leak happens and how he is going to solve it. Whole process for my particular case was around 6 hours, would recommend to others!

Jose was OUTSTANDING! He provided us with step by step instructions on the work he was going to preform. Jose provided before and after videos and pictures of his work. Expert cooling and Heating has a great asset in their employee Jose. Extremely polite and courteous gentleman.

Antonio the Plumber guy came right on in went straight to the kitchen and located the problem that needed to be fixed. He was kind and assured me he'd repair it quick as possible and ge did.get I'd recommend anyone that has a garbage disposal issue. Great job!! Indeed, job well done.

Our garbage disposal broke on Saturday, requested service via our home warranty website, received a call from the business on Sunday and services rendered on Monday.

The dispatcher/scheduler was very friendly on the phone and was able to accommodate our times.

Raul was our assigned plumber for our garbage disposal repair/replacement and he was exceptional! Great open communication and transparency and he got the job done efficiently and respectfully by wearing booties in our home upon all entry’s and keeping his work area very clean. He explained everything very clearly and we now have a perfectly working garbage disposal. Raul is a hard worker who is a star for his company and truly deserves a raise. Thank you to this company but more importantly to Raul for providing exemplary service. 10/10

When I noticed my hot water heater leaking, my home warrenty assigned Expert and they were here first thing the next morning to do the assessment. Good follow up to schedule a replacement service, on time and quick in doing the repair. Very polite and explained everything that needed to be done.

Raul was very professional and efficient. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He completed his work quickly and efficiently. He explained things as he went and answered all my questions readily. I would recommend Raul and Expert Heating and Cooling to anybody.

Tech was very polite and explained what he was going to do. He informed me that he had to get things from truck and be back. Let me know and showtime what he had done. Working area was clean when he finished.

My service rep was thorough, arrived within the timeframe quoted, and handled all 3 items we needed addressed.

After a week of cold showers due to another company coming out and their diagnosis. I requested a second opinion,. Juan from Expert cooling and heating came out and was able to get our water heater on. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and took the time to resolve the issue. VERY Honest company and techs wanting to do the right thing for their customers. 100% recommend don't think twice, call them!

Jose was a great help. Assisted in replacing my water heater after water damage to my home. He took the time to explain the process and educate me on how to avoid any further complications. He also took the time to explain what to do in case of emergencies. Jose went above and beyond. We are forever grateful to have had Jose do the job for us.
