My garbage disposal stopped working,I assumed it needed to be replaced. I used yelp to send out inquiries for a quote to replace the unit. Within 3 hours Tom was at my house.

Tom was amazing! He quickly found the problem (jam), fixed it and showed me how to fix it myself if the problem occurs again. After leaving he sent me a link where I could purchase a jam wrench at my local hardware store and even sent me a quote for a garbage disposal replacement-because that was my initial inquiry, just so I would have the pricing incase I wanted to replace.

Its hard finding a honest tradesman you can trust but Tom is it. 1'll definitely be calling Impact for any future plumbing needs.

Eddie took his time and explained to me what he recommended and why it was leaking. He fixed both toilets with new parts. Tested to make sure they weren’t leaking any longer. He explained the warranty. Great work, very friendly. And on time.

They made time for me on Sun pm with a stoped up kitchen drain. They quoted me a time & did not call back 20 min later to tell me that the time quoted me was already taken & could I wait til Tuesday pm to come out. So glad my daughter found Impact & had me call them. No only did they come out in 2 hrs, but did a great job, cleaned up, & charged me a reasonable rate. Will keep their phone number on my address book!! Thank you, thank you!!

Phenomenal service and excellent work done by Chris finding the issues and coming up with the best and most const efficient solution. Was told by another company that I needed to replace my tankless water heaters which was going to cost me some serious $$$.. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options about the solutions and told me his honest opinion about it all. Chris was always on time, communicative, and transparent about the whole process. This will definitely be my go to for anything plumbing related!

Awesome and very affordable service. Placed a service call at 9am and technician was at my house by 10am. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. New water heater installation was complete within two hours. Will definitely keep Impact Plumbing on speed dial for any future plumbing needs.

The plumber was very professional, competent and very friendly as well. He efficiently discovered the problem and went beyond to fix it. We're very happy with the service provided and will call again if we need a plumber. We plan to call regarding a new faucet for our master bathroom.

Wow! Excellent customer experience. My water heater needed replacing and Travis showed up within a couple of hours after my initial call. I had an issue with the filtration system I purchased after Chris started installing it which I had to have replaced. Chris came back a week later after I received the part and did a great job installing it all. Highly recommend this company. Their prices were the best I found anywhere, at least 600 dollars less, Chris did a phenomenal job installing the filter.

I’ve used Impact Plumbing several times. We had a water emergency on Christmas morning. Our water heater broke, spraying water into our garage. Joe came to the house quickly. He sourced a new water heater for us on Christmas Day but ended up having to install it the day after, once some of the water damage was able to be repaired. Impact is always reliable. I highly recommend them!

Tom did a great job with the estimate and the service. Had a small hiccup a few weeks later and he came back out, looked it over and solved the issue in a few minutes. Great job.

My daughter broke a pipe in the the backyard and Landon came to the rescue. He had all the right tools and finished quickly. I’ll be honest, I was a bit worried - the job was to cut snd repair a water pipe, Landon breezed through it! 👍🏾👍🏾

Very quick to reply and get a tech over, gave me estimates, and we went ahead with repair, which was also completed proficiently and efficiently. Honest tech. Might be a little higher-priced then some competitors, but fair pricing: paid less than what I expected it was going to be. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Will definitely use them again! Very professional, Mike came out for an estimate and was able to do the work the next day. He installed our Reverse Osmosis system as well as gave us information on upkeep and maintenance. I got text notifications when he was on his way which was helpful. Highly recommend!

Chris was able to get to our house quickly even though it wasn't an emergency. He diagnosed the issue and helped to figure out if anything was covered by our warranty even though I didn't have the warranty information. It was all fixed quickly. I will absolutely use them again if I have any problems.

Had a great experience with Impact Plumbing! Chris Taylor came out to check a leak and quickly found the problem — a toilet refill valve failure. He replaced all four valves and also swapped out the old plastic push-pull shutoff valves for sturdy quarter-turn steel braided ones.
