Loyalty Plumbing is amazing. The employees are professional, friendly and efficient!! They repaired our main water line going to the street. We are so impressed by their services we are hiring them again for another project!! They keep you so informed of everything they are doing and so kind. We highly recommend them!!

We have used Loyalty twice now, we are new to the LV area and both times they have provided excellent service. Brian was the tech that came out today and he was professional, fast, and the price was fair. I had him install a reverse osmosis system and he had it done swiftly. I high recommend Loyalty for any plumbing issue.

Luis and his partner replaced outside water supply see picture. Severely leaking in multiple spots. Also rebuilt 3 toilets and replaced water shut off under kitchen sink. Reasonable price and water leaks seem to finally been repaired. They we very nice, respectful of my home and cleaned up everything when done. All in all I was pleased with their service and would recommend.

Marlon has to be the most gifted plumber I have ever met. Loyalty Plumbing should delight in having Marlon as a talented member of their superior plumbing team. Marlon arrived on time, he was polite, neat, and detailed in explaining the entire process when replacing my garbage disposal. He also flushed my hot water heater, efficiently labeled all items he repaired, and gave me confidence knowing that there are still honest plumbers working for an authentic company. Marlon and Loyalty Plumbing both earned ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Justin was able to come in and remove my water softener quickly and clean. He was able to take it away so I didn’t have to worry about putting it out for bulk. Great service.

Luis arrived on time, had great communication, and was professional and respectful. He told me exactly what the issue was with my drain, including showing me with the drain camera, what he was doing to fix it, and what I’d need to do in the future. He also gave me some options for installing an outdoor hose.
The gal that I spoke with in the office was really nice, too.

Jason did great with our garbage disposal replacement and the leak under our sink. He was informative about all the fixes he made and why they were needed. He was very efficient and friendly as well. The job was done in under 2 hours. We will definitely request him the next time we need a plumber!

Trey B just left. He waited patiently as I never heard the knock. Customer fault for not opening the gate so he could knock on the door. What a great Plumber with extremely good communication skills. Alex was amazing and did a great job repairing my under-kitchen sink issue. He also did not make me feel stupid when I saw that the hose from my disposal had come loose, as that is something I would have noted if I had taken the time to look before calling. Love Loyalty Plumbing!

Loyalty Plumbing is a great plumbing company! Their plumbers are experts in the field of plumbing. They guarantee satisfaction on all jobs big or small. If you have an issue after a job is completed, simply call their office and their friendly administrative staff will get you on the schedule right away. Justin & Maryvonne are amazing! I had plumbing issues (toilet) and they arrived early and quickly fixed my issue. They did the heavy lifting, literally. I was so stressed and they put my mind at ease. They do plumbing, water softeners, remodels, garbage disposals, water heaters…anything with water. Call them today!

Update: We had a new plumber, Jason, and he was really good at his job. A nice guy too, we were very happy with his work. He went out of his way to make sure we got any issues covered.
This company stands by their name, loyalty, to their customers. The first job I got done with loyalty Plumbing a year ago was I needed a sink ASAP. They gave me a great price for the labor and they did it in the same night. I called at 4 PM they came out 45mins and started on the job and took away my old sink and put in the new sink and the fixtures, and then added the reverse osmosis that gives good water. 😂 They were very polite and as they were working they were answering all my questions and they were happy to do it. The owner of Loyalty Plumbing, Alexy is so amazing she makes you feel at home. And if there’s anything wrong, she’ll make sure her loyalty employees are out to do the job ASAP and they do it right. It’s going on two years and never had to call them back to refix any work they done.👍. The most awesome thing is being a member of Loyalty Plumbing because you get some perks. Alexy herself calls to remind you once a year to come out to make sure everything is working well in your home. You get amazing discounts on anything that needs to be done and they have amazing financing if needed. So last year I asked them about a water heater and a tankless water heater. There incredible Alex came out for the yearly maintenance he was funny, friendly, and answered any questions I had and was very patient. Alex drained the water heater out. It had rust in the water. He was letting me know that the water heater is old and needed to be replaced. He gave me two options another water heater or a tankless water heater. They both was priced very well, but we decided to go with the tankless water heater December 2023. They also refreshed my water softener tank that works even more amazing than before. I love the tankless water heater they put in. It feels so good to get hot water at all times. Angel and his partner Noah was the ones that put in my tankless water heater. And they did a great job. My HOA community is very strict on how things should look on the outside of your home. Alexy went out her way to match the paint that I have on the side of my house, sent Brian to paint the pipes from the tankless water heater. Just a week ago, my water softener was leaking and they sent out Adrian On a Sunday. he was smiling when he reached the garage door. I told him about the leak from the softener and the salt smelled moldy. He went the extra mile of kindness. He poured it out and cleaned the softener can. That brought tears to my eyes not only he rinsed the can out, He even put it back in good condition and then tightened up the hose that was leaking and regenerated the softener and poured the two new bags of salt softener in my garage into the can. He also shoveled up the old salt from the street and put it in the trashcan and cleaned up after. Adrian Was also happy to answer any questions I had on the softener and he also said if anything happens, just call them back. I was so happy, I gave Adrian a big hug and, pineapple juice and homemade chocolate chip cookies🍪. Even my cats are happy with Loyalty Plumbing and they are very hard to please.😂🤣😂 I also don't want to forget their amazing Justin that's in the Financial department. His Voice sounds so calm and relaxed. He needs his own radio station🤩.

Loyalty Plumbing-- Justin came out and assessed the problem very quickly and came up with a solution. New faucet, fix garbage disposal and new piping. They worked with us being Veterans(much appreciated) Another technician had to come out to complete the work. Completed everything same day. Thank you Tim McClone

Our water heater broke and they were here in less than an hour to replace it! They exchanged the current one as it was still under warranty and had the new one installed in no time! The entire process from the first call to completion was less than 3 hours! So friendly, professional and at an amazing price! Definitely the best!

I have to say loyalty plumbing is a five-star plumbing company giving excellence service. They were on time and the plumber Justin was absolutely amazing the kindest man ever. I highly recommend loyalty plumbing and Justin.
