They came out right away. The shower cartridge had to be replaced, and also 2 toilet water valves. They did an excellent job. Very friendly and very professional. You can't go wrong with MCS.

Phenomenal!!! Excellent work at amazing prices. I had never heard of this company before, but fortunately we did find them. Jon and Taylor fixed a shower valve for me (that was driving us nuts!) at an extremely reasonable price. Fixed it beautifully, even caulked the metal plate behind the shower faucet that had been loose for ages.It is looking and working BETTER THAN EVER now. Thanks you guys!!!

Simply the best- professional, on time, great follow up and always gets it right! I have used Mcs Plumbing for over 12 years because the owner, Steve is honest, knowledgeable and fair! John, Rob, Steven and Dan from Mcs have all been to my home to make repairs or requested replacements of the water heater, RO system, toilets, faucets etc. I trust Mcs Plumbing because these men have earned our trust.

MCS Plumbing installed a new Rheem water heater and replaced the main water line ball valve. Jon the professional plumber from MCS Plumbing that installed the water heater and ball valve in my opinion is a perfectionist that insists on making sure all the details and requirements of the installation are installed correctly. Jon drained the water heater, removed the gas and water lines, then removed the existing water heater from the platform using a hydraulic lift cart. He then removed the existing water heater straps, measured the height of the new water heater, and attached new straps to the wall at the required locations. He the set the new water heater into a new drain pad then set the assembly onto the platform using the hydraulic lift cart. Jon installed all new gas connectors, hot and cold-water connectors, copper connectors from the temperature and pressure relief valve to the house drain line, installed a new exhaust duct from the water heater to the roof exhaust and then connected new pipe connectors from the water heater drain pan to the garage floor. The water heater was filled, started up and he checked all the new connections for leaks. Jon had all the materials, tools, and equipment for both the water heater and ball valve installation. I am a retired engineer and an industrial / commercial owner development project manager with 40 years’ experience, and I would recommend MCS Plumbing for any type of plumbing projects.

Called to set up an appointment but kept getting sent to voice mail. After the 3rd attempt I left a voice mail explaining what I needed. Never recieved a call back. I'm not sure how good there work is but they don't answer calls or call you back and that to me is a bad sign especially in this type of business.

The people who answered phone calls rude. Both man and woman. The man operator suggested to skip the job and asked me to find other company. That is no problem. You are not the only plumber company. Don’t be so arrogant !!

One of their employees was speeding on the highway and almost ran me and a semi truck off the road. Completely unprofessional.

Employees are unprofessional and disrespectful! And after they ran off they yelp reviewed my business one star lol definitely rude employees !! I wouldn’t want them in my house!!
