Jimmy and his team did an excellent job removing old equipment and carefully replacing it. They took the time to explain any deviations from the plan, which really put me at ease. Their pricing was fair, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their work and their customers. I’ll definitely be keeping this company on speed dial for future needs. Highly recommend!

I don’t know where to begin to say that David went above and beyond to help my family. I called Tuesday evening for a leak in the kitchen ceiling caused from an upstairs bathroom. He was here within 30 minutes of that call. Although he wasn’t able to find the exact area of the leak he did refer me to a restoration company to detect water damage so that we could get the ball rolling on our situation. He did come back in a timely manner and found the source of our water leak and repaired the damage. My family and I are very grateful and blessed to have found this company to assist us. This company got the job done and if you are looking for a good plumber do not pass this one up. They do fantastic work and are very knowledgeable as well. Thank you again for helping us.

Pristine Plumbing had demonstrated an outstanding service in the completion of the installation of a kitchen sink faucet and an under sink reverse osmosis water filtration system replacing the old units in my home. The whole process from the initial phone call, the inspection and estimate of the project and up to the actual work completion went very smoothly and professionally. I won't mention any names but these people worked as a team and did not disappoint a bit. Their finished job was spotless!

This company is the absolute best. They are phenomenal, hands down. I don't really trust people like that due to bad experiences, but this company is the best. I had a water leak due to a toilet. I had different companies trying to overcharge me; however, my husband and I ran into the owner, David, at Home Depot, and he helped us without even looking at the property. He knew exactly what was going on. The whole entire team was professional. My problem got fixed in 45 minutes. This is now my company. I will tell all the homeowners to use this company. They are the best in Vegas, period.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! My teenager even said we had to give them a great review because she was really impressed with their professionalism and how they interacted with our family. Their website gives solutions for common problems instead of just saying "call us and we will charge you to take a look and diagnose the problem". I loved that! From the moment I first called late on a Sunday and got to speak to a live person I knew this was going to be a good experience. Their whole team was super responsive to communication. The owner himself came to the job site and helped explain the options for our water heater replacement. The whole process for fixing the problem and financing the repairs was smooth and easy to navigate. They have made life-long customers out of us and I would recommend them to any of our friends or neighbors looking for plumbing services.

I highly recommend Pristine Plumbing. We had an issue with our water softener leaking. Jimmy was here first thing the next morning to do the work. They even offered to send someone out the same day! Kitchen Renovation - Strongly Recommend Pristine Plumbing! They are Military-Friendly!

Listen, I had 6 different companies come out for estimates so I can confidently say Pristine Plumbing priced the job fairly. This was a big job that involved cutting into the slab, relocating water lines, drains, and vents; eliminating plumbing from in one wall, and implementing plumbing-related solutions elsewhere.

During the initial site visit, I met Mike and Nick. They arrived on time and were very respectful, professional, and wasted no time evaluating the job. They confidently explained how each of my needs/concerns would be addressed.

Within 15 minutes after the site visit, I received a very competitively priced estimate. I accepted immediately due to the business's reviews, the professionalism of Mike and Nick, and after 5 other estimates I knew their estimate was honest and fair.

As the job came to an end, I actually had an opportunity to meet the owners - David and Johanna - during a spot-check visit. They are very friendly, approachable, and pleasant to talk to. I appreciate the character of this company and strongly recommend them to the community!

David installed a water filtration system for me which included a water softener.

David delivered the very next day completing job in a very reasonable time frame and his attention to detail is incredible!

He checked double checked and even called back a few times to make sure everything was working properly.

Pristine has been great. I was drawn in by their website choice of words. When I called they were prompt in reaching out to me and coming to see our plumbing issue. David is very down to earth and was detailed in what could be done. He took the time to actually look around the whole house and explain. We felt in good hands. I’m really glad to have chosen them to get a second opinion. We were offered a better deal and felt confident choosing them over the first estimate I received from another company. Hot water heater out- they were here within an hour of the initial contact. Very responsive, professional-definately will use again.

We have used Pristine Plumbing since last year to replace our water heater, repair corrosion to our bathroom plumbing and to examine our dishwasher and angle stops for possible leaks. We have always gotten prompt service. I asked Dave B., the owner of Pristine Plumbing about our water line and he gave me honest advice. I appreciate that we get an estimate before work begins and know beforehand if any issues arise. Using a licensed and insured contractor is not cheap but reassuring that the work will be done correctly and will stand by their work. I am glad a friend recommended Pristine Plumbing!

My ten (10) year old Hot Water Heater, builder installed was sending me messages that the end of life was near. To avoid any potential issues with my heater leaking and doing any further damage to the house, I decided to change the heater out.

Emailed Pristine with a photo of my current install. One phone call later, with the aid of the picture, we agreed on the unit and the price. Install was not a priority for me, but, none the less, it was replaced two (2) days later. Window of 2 hours and the crew showed up right on time.

Anthony Archuletta and crew started in and the job was done within an hour. Same make and model I had originally. Cleaned up, old heater removed - service with a smile.

I was pleased with the job, the constant texts as to status of what was going on. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed in the least.

It was a bonus they had expertise in drinking water testing as that has been a concern of ours we wanted to address. They have years of experience and did a wonderful job of explaining the issues and what was completed to resolve them. They are friendly and genuinely care about quality work. David came to my house in the late, late hours last night to fix my leaking water heater. He responded to my inquiry after 11PM and gave me the option of fixing it right away or in the morning. My husband and I had a ton going on today and chose right away. He and his associate came quickly and worked extremely efficiently to get the old water heater drained and removed. The install of the new one was fast, despite the water heater being on a platform - wow! I cannot thank Pristine Plumbing enough for their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication in the middle of the night during this surprise plumbing emergency. I HIGHLY recommend!!
