Resolution plumbing took care of repiping my home after we found leaks in the slab. Alex was very informative and honest with me throughout the process and helped me figure out the best solution to save as much money as possible. The job ended up being thousands less other estimates and took far less time than expected. I definitely won’t hesitate to use Resolution for any future plumbing projects I have. A++++

Resolution plumbing offered us the best estimate for replacing our main service line. They were prompt in ensuring we were able to get our water back on to our home as soon as possible. We tried other companies and they were either unable to get to us for a month or more, or had estimates far higher than Resolution plumbing. Adrian was our main technician that we dealt with and he was very professional, and efficient at replacing our main line, and was flexible when we changed a few details of the job. We would highly recommend Resolution Plumbing to any of our family or friends who end up in the same unfortunate circumstances.

Geno showed up on time, and got right to the problem with our leaky shower. He discussed the situation, gave a clear estimate and was able to fix the problem on the first visit.
He was also very personable and represented his company well.

We had an excellent experience with this company. I called to schedule service and the woman I spoke to was kind and helpful. She was able to get me an appointment the next day. Alex sent a message about 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was extremely professional and respectful from the moment I answered the door. He was strait-forward in diagnosing the problem and didn’t try to pressure me into unnecessary repairs. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Alex and the company and would highly recommend them and will call them for any plumbing issues I might have in the future.

I had a faucet at the side of my house dripping constantly which probably caused my water bill to jack up. Wrote to several plumbing services but chose Resolution Plumbing because of all 5* reviews. They sent a technician, Marco, I believe was his name. Very cordial, arrived a little before expected time which is ok. Fixed that faucet in just a few minutes. Clean, efficient job! I actually messaged them a few months ago because of the leak under my sink but they were fully booked on that week that I needed the service. Ended up with a company that I believe over charged me but I had no choice since it was emergent.
Before Marco left, he kindly asked if there was anything else he could do; so nice & professional. The charge was not too bad. Overall, very good service. If I need any plumbing service in the future, I definitely would get their service again & nobody else.

Adrian from Resolution Plumbing is truly the best. He was very communicative, he was on time, he got the job done in a timely manor and had been incredibly patient with my property manager as well as ourselves throughout our under the sink issue! Thank you so much!!!

The staff at Resolution Plumbing was very responsive and professional. Giovanni, one of its plumbing techs, was timely, knowledgeable and informative. He went beyond any of the other estimators (other plumbing companies) to accurately identify the problem and he provided the different repair options with competitive associated costs. The next morning the mainline leak was repaired and the labor and parts guaranteed for a year. Resolution will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Resolution Plumbing, and Technician Giovanni, have provided 5 star+ service throughout our recent experience. Resolution Plumbing answered my call right away and handled the entire process professionally. Giovanni communicated with me each step of the way, going above and beyond his normal duty as we handled this experience part time from Hawaii.
The repair was done expediently, even having Giovanni reinspect the repair when I asked for a confirmation of the original water leak.

Resolution Plumbing was super helpful and easy to work with. Had a shower drain unit failing they replaced as well as an older failing whole-home carbon water filter tank they swapped out for a newer one. Adrian was super nice and helpful with everything. Showed up on time, explained everything and wasn’t pushy with things like many service calls can be. I will definitely use them again for any additional plumbing needs. A+++

I haven't had the work done yet, but I want to give a shout out to Gio,Alex, and the staff that answers the phone. I've called multiple places regarding a leak in my bathroom.

Adrian was very professional and polite. Explained everything thoroughly and opened to any questions that I had. I assumed the leak came from our upstairs tub but after testing tub & shower it turned out the leak was coming from the shower pipes. The leak went through the floor to the kitchen ceiling. He cut through the dry walls where needed and fixed the problem. He communicated with my landlord as well and made sure the areas he worked at was left cleaned, wiped and swept. He was very courteous and had a great personality.
The company texted me prior to confirm his travel to my residence and respected my request to not ring the door bell to avoid barking from our dogs so i had time to put them in their room.
OVER all I highly recommend them! Plumbing is doing excellent!

I recently had family visit from across the country. The morning after they arrived we woke up to a driveway full of running. Long story short, our hot water heater busted overnight and it was Saturday. I thought for sure my family and guests would have to stay at a hotel until we figured things out. At some point I remembered Resolution Plumbing because they had fixed some plumbing at our home before. After I called they were literally at our home in 25 minutes. They assessed the hot water heater and provided us with options AND changed it out on a Saturday. The service was superb and Alex was in and out in 3 hours. I highly recommend Resolution Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs. We will definitely keep them at the top of our list for any future services. I had a great experience with Resolution Plumbing! They accommodated me quickly and efficiently with installing a new garbage disposal. They charged a fair rate that was competitive but worth it! I had Gio as the main plumber with attention to detail that was unmatched. Highly recommend
