Kevin and Scott are amazing and need to be protected at all costs! I have never in my life experienced the level of customer service received from RSP. From the time I set up my appointment with Kevin (who was extremely pleasant) to the day Scott showed up at my front door with the nicest smile, and positive aura. I had a hell of a toilet issue that brought my toilets out of commission for 3 months! As soon as Scott came he got cracking at that toilet right away. Scott even took the time after fixing the toilet to provide plumbing advice unrelated to the issue - explaining to me AND my daughters about proper care going forward, even provided tips and tricks on water pressure, selecting the proper toilet paper, and other suggestions that would help us avoid any other types of issues in the future. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RSP and would absolutely without a shadow of a doubt use them again in the future! Thank you Kevin & Scott!!!!!

I can’t say enough good about my latest repair with RSP Plumbing. What a truly excellent experience.

Our home was built in 2016 and the builder, DR Horton, used RSP Plumbing as the plumbing contractor back then for the new construction build. I try to stay loyal to subcontractors, so I used RSP for repairs in 2018.

I recently noticed that our hot water recirculation pump had started to leak. I put a call into RSP and was put in touch with Kurt Gasparac, RSP’s service manager. I sent him some photos of the pump and he made plans to come out two days later to look at the issue. When the appointment time was coming up, Kurt texted me to let me know he was on his way. He had a replacement pump with him, as the old one needed replacement, but he didn’t have all the supplies to do the job that day. He made plans to come back the next day and when that day came, he again texted to let me know he was on the way.

It took him two hours to do the work, which was quicker than I thought it would take. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kurt did everything that he said was to be done. He was professional and his installation turned out great. It is actually better than when the original RSP crew did it back in 2016. His pricing was very reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him and RSP to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and honest service plumber. I will continue to use RSP for plumbing needs in the future.

Even though he doesn’t do service calls, he answered my question professionally and offered me several solutions that we can try to save ourselves some money!!

I requested a plumber to look at the toilets in my house, built by DR Horton. The master bath room toilet would not function, did not flush appropriately. The rest of the toilets do not flush well. I ask the plumber to fix the master bath room toilet and check the other toilet for their flushing ability. $110 later, I was told the toilet in the master bath was snaked and was working. The other toilets just need to have the handle held down for a longer period of time in order for them to flush. Monday night the master bath ended up clogging again, to the point of overflowing. I called this company back and told them I was not satisfied with the service and I needed a phone call back. I never got that call. I was required to call back and I was told that the service was provided and if I wanted the toilet fixed again, I would be charged another fee ($110). I was not able to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no one else I could talk to about the situation. It is one thing to be dissatisfied with the service, but another to be treated poorly and disrespectfully because I am not satisfied. I will not take responsibility for the poor service, I will take responsibility for calling the WRONG plumbing company.

I have been in the plumbing business for 20 years and i have never been talked to like i was an idiot before. Their customer service rep had a condesending tone in her voice and i hope that their technician will come out with a better attitude than the office had. Our home is brand new and has an issue with the kitchen sink. Hopefully they will get it fixed without wanting to charge us a service fee on a warranty problem. Stay tuned....

STAY AWAY!!! Bernie, their so called Customer Service person is more like Customer Disservice. She is rude, condescending and unkind. She does not return phone calls. I have dealt with this company the past three years and they have really gone downhill. I recently had a big problem with a water softener unit I purchased from them three years ago. When their technician Scott came out to look at the problem he told me they no longer sold or installed these water softeners. I did not figure this was a big deal as it was the same technician, Scott, who installed the system in the first place. He promised to make a few calls and find out about what parts I would need then call me back. That was three months ago. He had given me his cell phone #. I've left messages, sent text messages, left messages on their business answering system, and no calls back, zero. I did get through and verified that Scott still does work there. Sad to see a company go so far downhill. There are plenty of good plumbing companies in town. Use someone else and save yourself a great deal of frustration and time. This company does not care. Sad.

Called to schedule service for the water heater per warranty info given to us by DR Horton. The lady who I spoke to was very rude. Initially she stated that they never installed the water heater and the water heater is out of warranty. I let her know that this house was a new built and on the DR Horton had provided us their number and their company sticker is on the heater. She continued to say that they don’t have this address but kept saying the warranty is expired. When I asked her how does she know that the heater is out of service when this address is not listed, she changed her story and said they can only schedule someone in one week and recommended to call someone else. Worst customer service
