Omar from Royalty Plumbing was excellent! He was on time, professional, and Omar solved my under kitchen sink leak issue quickly. The connecting pipe from the dishwasher to the disposal was too long and bent, causing the water backup and leak. He cut the excess pipe and reattached it. So now there are no leaks. Thank you Omar at Royalty Plumbing in Las Vegas. I was only charged the service call fee.
I used Royalty Plumbing three months ago to install a hot water tank, and they were excellent then and reasonably priced!

Excellent service and work by Doc again!! Had a leak in the garage this time. My go to now for any plumbing needs.

Carlos was great. He arrived on time (and I liked how they send you a link to see how far the person is from your house). He replaced my water heater supply lines and did a flush, which I’ve never done before. I appreciate how patient he was in explaining each process. At first I was a skeptic with water heater flushing but after seeing what my anode rod looked like after 2 years and then I started reading into this, I realized and learned that we do need to flush out the water coz of possible sediments inside the tank. Thanks Carlos!!!

I was recommended by my mom’s neighbor. They called me back the same day and set up to come out a few days later. He found the issue right away! Great at explaining everything. Took for water voucher from LVVWD to cover the inspection cost. Very AFFORDABLE! I excepted to pay much higher after hearing other’s stories.

I woke up to no hot water one day, and I could not get my water heater to ignite. I called Water Heater Pros and they were able to dispatch a technician within two hours to my door.
Gabriel arrived on time. He inspected my current setup, and explained the process of removal and installation of a new water heater. Within two hours, the new water heater was installed and ready to go. Gabriel explained the future maintenance steps I should take in order to ensure the longevity of the unit going forward.
The cost for the service was very fair as well.

Spectacular! Rey was fantastic, explained to me everything he was doing, and thoroughly covered what I needed to do to take care of my new hot water heater to make it last. He arrived on time, completed the job in about 2 hours, which was significantly faster than I expected the process to take, and was very professional the whole time. I will definitely call them again with any plumbing needs I may have. And, I only paid 3/4 to 1/2 of what several other vendors had quoted. 5 Stars!

Clark did an amazing job fixing my washing machine shut off valves. He was very knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up everything after he was done! He also answered other plumbing questions I had! The price was very reasonable! I’ve already given my friends Royalty Plumbing’s number so they have it on hand when they have a plumbing problem. Zulma in the office went out of her way to get me a fast appointment and answered all my questions promptly. Great company and people to work with!!! As you can see from the photos my shutoff valves were a mess - still can’t believe what a great job Clark did!!!! Totally recommend them!!!

Royalty Plumbing came through again! Mundo did an amazing job replacing my water heater and bringing to my attention corroded valves (one on my main water line) that he was able to fix at a discounted rate since he was already at my house. He and Stephanie were very nice and explained how to properly care for a water heater.
Zulma in the office was able to get me a same day appointment and is so nice! Totally recommend them!

Called ROYALTY PLUMBING for leaking water heater late evening... got an appt scheduled for the next day! Great communication day of my appointment thru text.. l knew exactly when to expect my plumber.. Joshua showed up as scheduled and went right to work. My system was back up and running in less than 24 hours!! Up front pricing is reasonable..Will be using ROYALTY PLUMBING for any future problems! Thanks guys!!!

Do original install on our hot water. System was done improperly, as was many parts of our original install, and our repair man figured that out quickly put in some parts and unfortunately it took a little longer because of the breath of the project, but he worked quickly efficiently and got it fixed.
