I have used this company for over 25 years originally finding them in the Yellow Pages. Of the three plumbers I had at my house back then, they were the only honest and reasonable ones. I have been using them ever since and have nothing but rave for them. honest, reliable, professional.

I have called five times for my backflow to be checked and no one has showed up. It has been three weeks. They told me i had an appointment on Thursdays. I called they said they would call me back. I am still waiting for a call. Don't waste your time with them. Find someone else

I called in because we needed a plumber. This company was referred. We had a scheduled service call for 9am the next morning. At 7pm, AFTER HOURS & KNOWING I COULD NOT FIND SOMEONE TO REPLACE THEM IN TIME....I received a call telling me “so what” we moved you to noon. I was ok with this. My issue was why didn’t you call earlier AND why the attitude...why not at the very least apologize. So I argued back.. I was trying to make a point. She didn’t get it. I told her to have the owner call me. He did. He called the next morning and yelled at me. What a joke. Spend your hard earned money with people that appreciate it and not with folks like this.

Nobody showed for the first appointment. The scheduler apologized and re-scheduled for next day. Next day he was running late and when called about it, I wasn't happy because I needed to go to work, he stated that allocated 30 mins wouldn't be enough for service call anyway, I said that it wasn't a service call but an estimate for a large job, his response: "So I have to drive all the way out there just for an estimate?!".
He showed up, listed to my needs on the project, and without doing the proper bid blurted out "It's a $40,000 job", walking out he upped it to $45,000. I ended up getting everything done for 10th of that. If you want a service with major attitude and trying to rip you off - these are your guys.
