I had never heard of LoadUp but decided to use them when I read all the positive comments online. The process could not have been easier. With one phone call, I explained what needed to be picked up and was given a price, day and time frame for the day of pick up. On the scheduled day of pick up the communication from LoadUp was great . I was texted several times to inform me of the time of arrival. They arrived on time and removed my items. Easy

Good communication along the way and when they got here Billy and Jules were efficient and quick. I was very impressed with their attitude and work ethic. Will keep Loader in mind for the future!!

Mattress and box spring pickup. Todd was great! He kept me updated on time of arrival and had everything moved out in less than 20 mins.

Oliver was amazing unloading alone! He was careful with the items and maneuvered large heaving items strategically to get in place. I highly recommend him to help with your moving needs.

the company that load up used to do this job was fantastic, and their price was a little lower than others. I had a very large armoire removed, and they took the time to figure out the best way to get it out of my apartment. They are in 50 states.

Hired LoadUp to haul away my treadmill that died after 8 years. I liked how the company says they will try to recycle whatever they can instead of just taking it straight to the dump. Terry from LoadUp was friendly and quick with the haul away. Thank you, Terry and LoadUp!

First, customer service was informed about taking my order, and the pricing was better than a few other places I called. Next, details of my order were confirmed in a timely manner. Then, my driver/hauler, whose name is Eliel, was on time and both professional and warm. He got everything I needed hauled away in no time. I recommend this company.

This was such a great experience! I booked the evening prior and that was very easy and then the next day I received text updates on the time frame and a more exact time they would be arriving. When Heidi and team arrived they were very kind and had it taken care of quickly. I would recommend this company to everyone

Outstanding company. They had fair pricing regarding the removal of a king size mattress. Other companies were trying to price gouge us and needed some sort of physical visual inspection on site.
Two extremely polite gentlemen showed up on time. They they took my e-signature. And they were on their way within a minute or two. Couldn't be any happier. A straightforward stand-up company.

Fast and friendly service. I contacted load up via vial email and received a response within minute. I was able to get all my questions answered via test message, a quote was sent and pickup arranged for next day service. We had a sectional that needed to be removed so we called load up They were very on top of it. Very professional showed up on time and got the job done. The two drivers Napoleon and Willie were absolutely wonderful very accommodating, professional, and personable. We would recommend this service 100%. We also chose to donate the sectional to charity which they did.

What a fantastic experience! I had one week to clear out two rooms worth of furniture to include couches, king-size bed, large chairs, dining room set In order to make my closing date within one week. I got online they contacted me and I had people there to pick up everything the next morning. Price was extremely reasonable. They were fantastic!

LoadUp was amazing. They allowed me to explain the problem that had not been resolved; Alexandre then went to work looking over, checking what needed to
be fixed and resolved my problem with my bed platform. The Upload crew was very courteous; I felt they actually cared about my problem—we all were happy when it was resolved too.

The experience was great. I was kept well informed from the contractors that picked up my items. There ETA was spot on, I was able to meet them in my garage. They were very nice, courteous and professional.
The process on the phone to get clear pricing and schedule a pick up was very efficient. I would definitely use Load Up again. Thank You
