The team at Absolute Flood Response was amazing! Josh, Marion, Ronny, and Xavier were professional, quick, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and took care of the issue efficiently. I highly recommend them for any water damage problems!

Wanted to thank J and Beth for such a high level of professionalism and customer service. Our addition is beautiful and the craftsmanship is top notch. Josh, Jesse, and Pete were all extremely thorough in our bathroom restoration, going step by step in the setup process and along the entire process.

Haven't used them for any repair work, but they were sent to my condo to inspect restoration work I had completed by another company. Very professional approach to the process. I was especially impressed with Project Supervisor Anthony Schwalbauch, who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He listened to me, and took time to explain the process and the findings. Overall a very positive experience.

I would recommend Absolute Floor Response to anyone that needs professional and prompt service. The technicians make the difference , we appreciate the hard work and dedication of Mr. Jose B. who provided professional service with repairing our drywall. Thank you.

Josh and Jacob have been such a great help with getting everything done, finding the leak in the house, making an enclosure to prevent dust from going everywhere, cleaning up after all the cutting, and removal of destroyed areas and communicating with us on the entire process. They have been letting us know step by step what’s next, and what needs to be done with the best possibility to the worst so there are no surprises. I would highly recommend both of them to others!

Had a water mold issue from a shower leak. Someone recommended 24 hour floor and I had to pleasure to have Juan, Josh and Jesse come fix the problem. They respectful and got the job done in a clean timely manner.

Both Josh and Jacob were very good at taking care of our water problem in our kitchen making sure it is all drying out and clearing out all the problem areas.

Josh and Jacob had to come back to do additional work at my home and they are both excellent workers and did a great job.

We discovered a leak in our home, a hot water line was punctured when it was being built. Even though it's a difficult situation, I feel like we are in great, knowledgeable hands. Ronnie with absolute flood response set up the containment area. He was friendly, answered our questions, and was thorough. We've been very pleased with how quickly they took action and are doing their best to get things back to working order as quickly as possible.

We had the team from Absolute Flood Response come and do our duct cleaning. Josh, Xavier, and Anthony did a great job, were very professional and made sure to take care of our home while they worked. They cleaned up before they left- even vacuumed to ensure our house was clean.

I came home from work after being gone for five hours, and my entire lower floor flooded.
This is a large five bedroom house. Water was seeping under the walls into the garage and onto the street. Rugs and carpets, soft, and some of my recording studio equipment damage.
We googled the best flood response team in Vegas at 345 AM and emergency and we weren't let down.
Josh showed up very quickly and assessed the damage, calmed us down and started pumping right away.
These guys know what they are doing...came in clutch. Thank you, Josh Juan and Ashley...

We lead a leak in our kitchen so Jesse and Josh came and were great. They had great teamwork and were in and out in about an hour. They put up a dust trap that they took down when they were done and wiped down the counters and the floors. Everything is so clean and feels like they weren’t even here

Josh and Angel were very professional, well prepared, cleaned up after themselves and answered questions that I had. Very thorough. Thank you!

I'm so so happy to have my house back to normal. Caleb and Ty installed my cabinet today and it looks great. You'd never be able to tell there was any damage prior to this. My kitchen looks new and life can go back to normal. They were so quick about getting everything done so promptly and kept things tidy. They were very personable and kept on booties to keep my floors clean. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of a roof leak in my bedroom which is why AFR was working in my home today.
Josh and Ronnie were the two techs doing the work and I could not be happier with the entire experience. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. They explained everything as they were tearing out the ceiling in my bedroom. They also went the extra mile to create a containment zone so nothing in my house would be affected by their work. The area they were working in was honestly cleaner when they left. 😂

joshua, Sean and JesseSean provided excellent Customer Service throughout our interactions. They explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions.They took extreme efforts to ensure that the work area was clean prior to leaving the worksite. I highly recommend that you select them for any water leaks in residence or job sites!!!
