They did a fantastic job. They put both the soft water and the river osimosis system in my home and they've done a great job keeping everything working at peak performance. I highly recommend them. Very professional and they do awesome work hard to find now days

Justin was knowledgeable, and very professional. Showed up on time and did a great job with my water softener repair. Fast and reliable.

We waited two years to finally get some plumbing work done. Whitney’s Water sent Anthony and Justin out and they knocked out both both jobs in just a few hours. Out master shower had no water pressure. I have already taken two showers and it was GREAT!
We also brought our walk in tub with us when we moved out here. It didn’t fit anywhere so we had them install it out on our patio. It is so pleasant. Good job guys 👍👍

We are Diamond members with Whitney Water & when we called them for a leak they said they were unable to make it out for over a week! Whoa ... but to our pleasant surprise Larry Whitney called us the next day & explained he had time to assess our issue. He came over & discovered our water softener was failing & needed to be replaced. He came the next afternoon & installed a new one. He did a great job & we could not be happier. Thanks!!

Our hot water heating element went out on us and Justin was out within 2 hours! Then gave us a discount for labor after we already settled on a priced! You don't see that from most companies. They were quick and informative. Highly recommend!

Prior to engaging Whitney's Water Systems recently, I had no prior experience with the company. I could not have asked for better than the service Whitney's provided. Justin and Josh expertly installed a reverse osmosis system in my kitchen and patiently walked me through how it functions and why, and how I can get the most out of it. I'm extremely satisfied with their work, and I plan to use Whitney's for all my plumbing and water purification needs. Bang up job by a great company!

Prompt professional service. Replaced our water heater on a home warranty claim. They worked tirelessly with the warranty company to get it approved and installed the same day. Justin did a great job and also showed us our options for replacing our current water softener. Plan on using them when we upgrade.

We had a large issue in one of our bathrooms where the leak was behind the wall Larry our tech showed up and quickly put a stop to the leak and proceeded to give us our options on fixing and repairing the whole area. We can't wait to finish up with Larry it was a pleasure dealing with him And Whitney Water systems always professional with excellent techs.

Larry and Conner did a great job he diagnosed the problem and found out the facet and water lines and shut off valves needed to be replaced. It was very quick and efficient and did an excellent job I highly recommend Whitney’s Water Systems they are great

What an amazing experience I had with Whitney’s Water Systems! I couldn’t have asked for a more professional team, or better workers. Justin explained everything that was taking place throughout the process of the repair. He also provided a lot of additional information so that I could understand what had happened. Justin has completed repairs at my condo several times over the past two years. He is very courteous and efficient. He calls when he is on his way. Always showing up in the two hour window that was given. He contacts you once he diagnosis the problem and works to resolve the issue in the most cost effective manner. He is very reliable and that is important to me because I live 2800 miles away from the condo.

Justin did a great job! He told me what would be best for me in regards to what I wanted. I purchased a RO system for under my kitchen sink.. was honest and there was no upsell pressure. I won't do business with a company that that engages in those types of practices. I signed up for the Diamond service plan. Hey, for 10 bucks a month it is a great deal.
Year 2: Justin just did my annual service on my RO system and my water heater. Inspected my household plumbing etc. Great job. Always like talking with Justin. Year 3: Justin performed my plumbing inspection, all inside plumbing, my water heater (plus draining it) my water softener. Adjusted my water softener for better efficiency. Changed my RO filter out, installed a leakage alarm under my kitchen sink . Justin did a terrific job as always. He explained everything he did as he was doing it. I trust him to lookout for my best interests for my household plumbing. Look forward to his visits and enjoy talking to him.
Year 4: Connor did a terrific job. Very thorough and professional. Pointed out some deficiencies that needed repair. Water heater anode and pressure tank. Replaced both on the spot and changed my RO system filters. Look forward to seeing him again.

All I can say is Whitney’s water is awesome. Justin came and installed my water softener and I am so pleased! He took extra time to answer EVERY question I had and is so very knowledgeable and helpful. I live alone so to have someone that I can depend on when there is a problem is worth gold to me! 5 stars!!👍👍
